Sun City Palm Desert is a 1600 acre residential gated community of active adults over 55 (one person needs to be age qualified). Located near the first clubhouse in this "Fun City" is a lovely Opal model 2 bedroom, two bath open floor plan home of 1550 square feet. The breathtaking views of the Golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains can be seen from the kitchen, breakfast nook, great room and master bedroom! This light and airy home has transom windows and ten foot ceilings with a beautiful patio facing the southern desert vistas.
Tastefully furnished with entertaining areas and dining room. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with walk in closet. The adjoining bathroom has dual sinks. The second bedroom (split plan for privacy) has two twin beds. A laundry room connects to the two car garage.
Sun City has 36 holes of golf on two Bill Casper-designed courses, an 18-hole putting course surrounding a placid lake, eight bocce ball courts, billiards room, three spectacular clubhouses, one indoor pool, three outdoor pools and spas, sauna, tennis courts, restaurants on site, concerts, movies and guest speakers. Temporary memberships are available for renters($50per person, golf fees are extra).
