This is a nineteenth century, 50 acre, non-working farm surrounded by Mount Blue State Park, on Center Hill, in Weld. Just minutes to Webb Lake's sand beaches, and boat launch. Ideal get-away for quiet vacations with room to spread out; for photographers, writers, painters, nature lovers, and families who simply enjoy the serenity of the outdoors. Moose and deer are abundant. Rustic, cozy, and comfortable with both gas and wood cook stoves, and a Vermont Castings wood parlor stove. About 15 miles to good shopping, three miles to Weld village for local markets, post office, dining, gas, etc.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
From June 1st to Oct 1st $550/wk/family. Additional family $100. Security
deposit $200/wk. 50% due upon reservation, balance plus security deposit
due before or upon arrival. Special conditions or a security deposit
may apply to dogs. Reservations are made for 7 night periods for Sunday
arrival after 12 noon, and Sunday departure by 10 AM. A lodging tax of 7% is also
collected upon arrival.
