The villa is situated on a golf course, for golfers & none golfers in a beautiful and peaceful community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is located south of Orlando and Kissimmee, near Haines City, just off Highway 27, in a well sought after area where families return year after year.

This is a beautiful villa that has the benefits of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, Kitchen, utility room, pool and jacuzzi, and gated community.

Included extras are insect mesh covered, heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and outside shower, fully screened pool for the safety of young children and pool side furniture for alfresco dining and sunbathing, covered porch next to the pool area, fully fitted luxury kitchen with large ceramic oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, ice-maker, dishwasher and other mod cons. BBQ's can be rented from Management company.

Other features include a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board TV, DVD and video player (PS2 / playstation 2) in the lounge and TV in the master bedroom, Cable TV, CD stereo, telephone with free international calls, hairdryer, shaving points, baby high chair and travel cot or playpen. The Golf Club and Restaurant is a great place to relax in a comfortable atmosphere with great views of your friends honing their driving skills on the driving range or on the practice putting greens.   • We absolutely Loved our two week stay at the Villa! It was a beautiful home! When we arrived the Villa was very clean and set up beautifully! The whole family enjoyed the pool and Hot Tub. It was located close to everything we wanted to do! We are definately going to be renting this villa again in the future!

  • Have been to Florida now six times since 2002 and I must say this villa was OUTSTANDING/BEAUTIFUL it ticks every box in my eyes The only little hitch we had was opening the front door don’t know if it was us or the lock?? just seemed a little temperamental also having the Wal-Mart only a short walk away was great - BRYAN has been great with us since booking this and even called while we were in the villa to check everything was ok, If you want a stunning villa in a peaceful area you found it here, - cant wait to book again loved it there and love florida, Wayne crewe /uk

  • we have just returned from Southern Dunes after spending 3 glorious weeks there,the villa had everything we needed and more,our 3 children never mentioned the word bored which was a first . tennis couts and play area on your doorstep giving the kids some independence but still quite safe,and dont get me started on Walmart[24 hours].Brian himself is a mine of information and most helpful.we would return in the morning.
