The villa is situated on a golf course, for golfers & none golfers in a beautiful and peaceful community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is located south of Orlando and Kissimmee, near Haines City, just off Highway 27, in a well sought after area where families return year after year.
This is a beautiful villa that has the benefits of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, Kitchen, utility room, pool and jacuzzi, and gated community.

Just back from Southern Dunes we had a great time . It was our third time there The Villa is everything it it says on the tin and more. The golf course is a good challenge and lovely course to play. The Owner and Management Company are very helpful . It would be hard not to enjoy yourself the there.

Southern dunes is a lovely gated area and the villa is great , one of the best we have stayed in from our many visits to the Orlando area. You have lots of shops nearby that was very convenient .the only bad thing was having to leave.

Somewhat older home that needs some updating. That includes removal of plastic and faded plants as well as newer linens and bedspreads. Other than that (oops, a toaster that is very temperamental), it was a nice quiet place. Three separate bathrooms for three women was wonderful!

Very nice! The villa was well equipped, very large and exactly as described. Best of all, Bryan was very helpful and on the ball in terms of making sure all was well. E-mails, phone calls when in Florida etc. I wish I was as efficient! The proximity to asda was really convenient as well. Will return one day when I have saved enough funds for parks/flights etc, Next year hopefully. The kids especially had a great holiday.

Having spent five days there last year while visiting some friends, we fell in love with the place. Location is the big thing for us, the golf, shopping and overall peace and quiet. Accommodations are very acceptable and any irregularities or concerns were dealt with immediately. The owner even contacted us on our arrival to ensure everything was acceptable. Would highly recommend this location. And an added bonus, the weather was absolutely beautiful.

We had a great time on our vacation. The house was wonderful. Bryan did a great job sending a package of maps of places to eat and places to go. He was also kind enough to call and make sure everything was ok during our stay. It was in a great location and easy to get to any where. My kids loved the hot tub and pool. I would definetly stay in this villa again no questions asked. Any question I had before I arrival Bryan was very quick with a response.

Thoroughly enjoyed this house! It was like a vacation from the vacation! Previous years we stayed at hotels off site, stayed on Disney property, and with relatives nearby. This was our first home rental and I don't think we'll ever stay in a hotel again. Located less than a 15 minute drive to Disney entrance! Plenty of grocery stores nearby so we saved a bit of $$ by not dining out the entire time there. After all day at the parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc..) it was nice to come "home" and settle in - whether it was reading, watching tv, hopping in the pool or hot tub, or just taking a nap. We all had our own rooms to go to and believe me, after 8+ hours together at an amusement park, it was nice to come back to a place where we weren't all crammed in one room. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a family! Will be staying here again :D
