  Nice home. Spacious. Clean. Super close to Wal-Mart. Pool was clean and warm. Grill we rented was super clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Neighborhood is nice. Bryan and Paula are very nice and attentive.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  This was our first time renting a house instead of using hotels etc...Overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend others trying this option over a hotel. The house had lots of room for us and there were 6 of us staying here. The kids used the pool every day all day. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The community is very nice. It is a gated community with friendly security. We had no real issues with the house and had a great time in Florida. I would not hesitate in recommending this home to others to go and enjoy. We would do the same again ourselves!

  This is a great place to stay. We stayed at this place for 1 week and we love it. It has a nice pool to stay cool in. The rooms are spacious. The whole place is very nicely decorated. We were very comfortable during our stay. There was great communication with the owner. He made sure we were happy with our rental. We highly recommend this rental to everyone.

  Some close friends and I recently stayed in Bryan's gorgeous villa for 7 nights. Every single one of us admired the home from the moment we left the car. Each room was immaculate and very well taken care of. There was plenty of space for the 7 people in our party and it made our vacation so much better than we could have ever expected. The kitchen was very well stocked with any utensil you could possibly need to make a good meal; the game room had just the right kind of entertainment for everyone and the pool was ALWAYS a pleasure to come back to. Not to mention the villa's location was literally moments from several stores and wal-mart which made our frequent shopping trips much more manageable. It was also close enough to the parks without being caught in the crowd of downtown Orlando. I truly cannot say enough good things about this villa! Both Bryan and Paula were beyond accommodating and hospitable when planning our stay, it made the entire experience almost painless! Nevertheless, the villa pictures do not give this home justice! If you are even considering a villa for your next vacation, I highly suggest staying here. For such a great value, it is a decision you will not regret!

  My family of total 8 had so much fun staying in Bryan's villa. We stayed for 9 nights. Everything was as described in the ad. It was very clean and neatly setup for our arrival. Bryan was so quick in responding to my emails, answered all of my questions so thoroughly. Paula was also was very helpful even when we had some questions while in the villa. Kids had fun in the Game Room and they loved the board games available too. Swimming pool was so good with the needed pool supplies. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cutleries. Walmart is just blocks away which was so much easier for us to get basic supplies. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks very much Bryan and Paula for making our trip so much fun!!

  We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location suited our need to be near Orlando, but away from the noise of the city. Everyone had their own space and enjoyed the private pool, video game systems and rec room. A great value. Thanks so much.

  We have just returned from a week's stay at this villa. I actually had somewhat low expectations, but our stay was perfect. The villa was very clean, accomodating and nicely laid out. I think the villa is nicer than the photos in terms of decor. We have three young girls and they were thrilled with our "pool house." It was the perfect place to stay as a family. We were able to get to the parks within 25 minutes and we had the benefit of comfort and freedom by staying at the villa. We cooked most of our meals and my husband and I were able to relax on the patio once the kids were in bed. The location of the villa is very close to Wal-Mart and Publix. Both Bryan and Paula were exceptionally responsive to any questions, requests that we had. My only suggestion would be to have more directions at the villa as to how to use the DVD player, the heat at the pool, where the games are, etc. But all in all, it was very easy to get adjusted. We would stay here every time we come to the area. We had an awesome vacation. Thank you!!

  thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa which was spotllessly clean. your prompt response to any issues we had was very much appreciated and made the holiday problem free and most enjoyable. would have liked to stay longer (even checked day b4 leaving if possible to extend our stay but unfortunately booked up). will definately like to stay again on our next trip hopefully in the not too distant future.

  Just back from Southern Dunes we had a great time . It was our third time there The Villa is everything it it says on the tin and more. The golf course is a good challenge and lovely course to play. The Owner and Management Company are very helpful . It would be hard not to enjoy yourself the there.

  Southern dunes is a lovely gated area and the villa is great , one of the best we have stayed in from our many visits to the Orlando area. You have lots of shops nearby that was very convenient .the only bad thing was having to leave.
