You'll feel right at home in our wonderfully updated one bedroom, one bathroom, vacation condominium. This immaculate unit has exquisite birch cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom vanity area; beautiful designer tile work throughout the unit; new appliances, fixtures and more. It is located in the Bay Oaks resort on Siesta Key. The Bay Oaks resort is set amidst lush, tropical foliage on the Intracoastal Waterway, directly across from the Gulf of Mexico and world-famous Crescent/Siesta Beach with its soft, cool, sugar-white sand. Siesta Beach recently earned the title as the #1 Best Beach in America for 2011. Enjoy shelling, jogging, windsurfing, beach volleyball, or just sunning on this beautiful beach.
The comfortable living room has a brand new sofa with queen-size sleeper, loveseat and recliner. In January 2012 we are also adding custom made twin size Murphy Bed in the living room for additional sleeping area. For your entertainment pleasure there is also a brand new 51" Samsung 3D HDTV, 3D WiFi Blu-Ray player, 4 pairs of 3D glasses and a great library of Blu-Ray & DVD movies including 3D Blu-Ray movies. Adjacent to the living room is a screened lanai where you can relax and even enjoy a glimpse of the Sarasota bay through the tops of the beautiful oak trees and palms. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, glider and cable television... plus there is a dressing alcove with an additional vanity and a walk-in closet. The unit is also equipped with private high speed internet access and Wi-Fi.
The fully-equipped kitchen has new modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, disposal, coffee maker, etc. and there is even a separate dining room. For your convenience our condominium even has an in-unit washer and dryer free for your use. The unit is complete with all the linens, dishes, and cookware you'll need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Just outside your door, the Bay Oaks resort offers all the amenities you expect and more. Relax and enjoy the sun in or next to the beautiful, large heated pool or pamper yourself in the his & her saunas with showers. Enjoy a friendly tennis match or work on your backhand on the tennis court. Try your hand at fishing or just enjoy the view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the Bay Oaks pier.
The recreation room has a pool table, television, VCR, and a library with hundreds of books. My vacation condominium is located across the street from Crescent Beach, renowned for its breath-taking sunsets, easy-going waves, and gorgeous, crystal-white sand. The sand is 99% pure quartz, soft and cool on the feet. Among the many awards it has earned are: “the whitest and finest sand in the world” (The Great International Beach Challenge, 1987) , “The Best Sand Beach in America” (The Travel Channel, 2004), "2011 Best Beach in America" (Dr. Beach, 2011).
A lovely snorkeling and diving area that is rich with coral rock formations as well as colorful and abundant marine life.

I was previously from Grand Haven, Michigan and purchased my condominium on Siesta Key after vacationing there for a few years to get away from the cold winter days. I quickly fell in love with the beautiful white sands of Crescent Beach as well as the friendly people. After owning my condominium for a just few years I decided to relocate permanently to Sarasota, Florida where I now live just a few miles from my condominium on Siesta Key.

We had a truly magnificent holiday. The Condo was exactly what we needed and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone seeking to visit the area. The two weeks leading up to the Christmas holidays were fairly quiet in Siesta Key which suited us perfectly. Our visit to Myakka State Park to see the Alligators was a highlight.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We had the most amazing ten days at Siesta Key and a dream wedding on the white beach. This apartment was perfect for us and we hope to come back and celebrate future anniversaries here. Description was accurate and we found all we needed and more in the well equipped appt. Great to have washer and drier. Quick walk to beach access 12 and Crescent market. We didn´t miss a thing! Felt like home:-) Thanks to a helpful owner!

Hi Mary, I just wanted to say thank you! I was really comfortable in your condo home. I loved feeling safe. I particularly loved the location, and the access to the beach. The condo was squeaky clean, uncluttered, yet had all the essentials. Plus, you have those awesome backpack beach chairs with cup holders for a day at the beach. I will definately miss my nightly swim and I will miss walking Siesta every morning! My last morning two dolphins swam under a rainbow... I am not kidding! So thanks again, for a wonderful opportunity.

We really loved staying here, Very Clean, Really nice updates. Kitchen is so beautiful... Really quite, relaxing place. Love having internet, cable, and washer and dryer make going to the beach so much eaiser. Such a kind owner she makes sure you enjoy your stay and her condo is so welcoming!! Very Affordable well worth every penny!!!! We have recommended to all of our family and freinds and can't wait to come back and visit!!!!!!!!!! We had a GREAT time w/even better weather. One 1/2 day of rain. Loved riding on the beach on rented bikes and played tennis almost every morning. The condo is in a perfect spot on the island. Your condo was quiet and clean... Owner refunded deposit promptly.

This condo is immaculate and very well equipped. A very good location and only a short drive to Siesta Key Beach, Sarasota Mall, supermarkets and shops. The pool is a good size and very refreshing. A pleasant experience dealing with the owner and security deposit returned without undue delay. We'll definitely be back!

We really loved being in this condo. It is wonderfully comfortable, and it was absolutely immaculate. We loved having breakfast on the lanai, and sometimes dinner, too. I now want a lanai in Connecticut. We enjoyed all of the places to visit and dine in Sarasota, and were thrilled when we got to see alligators at the Myakka State Park.
