You'll feel right at home in our beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom, vacation condominium that was newly remodeled. This immaculate unit has all new birch cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom vanity area; a new tub with new wall tile, all new floor tile throughout the unit; new appliances, fixtures and more. It is located in the recently renovated Bay Oaks resort on Siesta Key. The Bay Oaks resort is set amidst lush, tropical foliage on the Intracoastal Waterway, directly across from the Gulf of Mexico and world-famous Crescent Beach with its soft, cool, sugar-white sand. Enjoy shelling, jogging, windsurfing, or just sunning on this beautiful beach.

The comfortable living room has a sofa with queen-size sleeper, loveseat, recliner, 27 inch cable television, DVD player with library of DVD movies and VCR. Adjacent to the living room is a screened lanai where you can relax and even enjoy a glimpse of the Sarasota bay through the tops of the beautiful oak trees and palms. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, glider and a 20 inch cable television... plus there is a dressing alcove with an additional vanity and a walk-in closet.

The fully-equipped kitchen has new modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, disposal, coffee maker, etc. and there is even a separate dining room. For your convenience our condominium even has an in-unit washer and dryer. The unit is complete with all the linens, dishes, and cookware you'll need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Just outside your door, the Bay Oaks resort offers all the amenities you expect and more. Relax and enjoy the sun in or next to the beautiful, large heated pool or pamper your self in the his & her saunas with showers. Enjoy a friendly tennis match or work on your backhand on the tennis court. Try your hand at fishing or just enjoy the view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the Bay Oaks pier.

  • This condo is immaculate and very well equipped. A very good location and only a short drive to Siesta Key Beach, Sarasota Mall, supermarkets and shops. The pool is a good size and very refreshing. A pleasant experience dealing with the owner and security deposit returned without undue delay. We'll definitely be back!

  • We really loved being in this condo. It is wonderfully comfortable, and it was absolutely immaculate. We loved having breakfast on the lanai, and sometimes dinner, too. I now want a lanai in Connecticut. We enjoyed all of the places to visit and dine in Sarasota, and were thrilled when we got to see alligators at the Myakka State Park.

  • We stayed here last April, it was great, clean and cozy. Nice pool. Close to beach, a few blocks to walk or drive. Reasonable priced. I wish I could have come back this year.
