Very Well maintained condo with a nice layout that accomadated 1 adult and 3 boys. The owner is very easy to work with and helpful. My boys had their best vacation ever.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a truly magnificent holiday. The Condo was exactly what we needed and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone seeking to visit the area. The two weeks leading up to the Christmas holidays were fairly quiet in Siesta Key which suited us perfectly. Our visit to Myakka State Park to see the Alligators was a highlight.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Bay Oaks had everything we needed for a great holiday it was very clean, comfortable & close to the beach, we hope to return to Siests Key sometime in the future, and would certainly use it again, would definately recommend. Very prompt return of security deposit, thank you Mary

We really loved staying here, Very Clean, Really nice updates. Kitchen is so beautiful... Really quite, relaxing place. Love having internet, cable, and washer and dryer make going to the beach so much eaiser. Such a kind owner she makes sure you enjoy your stay and her condo is so welcoming!! Very Affordable well worth every penny!!!! We have recommended to all of our family and freinds and can't wait to come back and visit!!!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed and will be so happy with your choice for this wonderful condo!!!!

Hi Mary, I just wanted to say thank you! I was really comfortable in your condo home. I loved feeling safe. I particularly loved the location, and the access to the beach. The condo was squeaky clean, uncluttered, yet had all the essentials. Plus, you have those awesome backpack beach chairs with cup holders for a day at the beach. I will definately miss my nightly swim and I will miss walking Siesta every morning! My last morning two dolphins swam under a rainbow... I am not kidding! So thanks again, for a wonderful opportunity.

Perfect Second Honeymoon

We had a GREAT time w/even better weather. One 1/2 day of rain. Loved riding on the beach on rented bikes and played tennis almost every morning. The condo is in a perfect spot on the island. Your condo was quiet and clean... Owner refunded deposit promptly.

Perfect 10 days

We had the most amazing ten days at Siesta Key and a dream wedding on the white beach. This apartment was perfect for us and we hope to come back and celebrate future anniversaries here. Description was accurate and we found all we needed and more in the well equipped appt. Great to have washer and drier. Quick walk to beach access 12 and Crescent market. We didn´t miss a thing! Felt like home:-) Thanks to a helpful owner!

This condo is immaculate and very well equipped. A very good location and only a short drive to Siesta Key Beach, Sarasota Mall, supermarkets and shops. The pool is a good size and very refreshing. A pleasant experience dealing with the owner and security deposit returned without undue delay. We'll definitely be back!

We really loved being in this condo. It is wonderfully comfortable, and it was absolutely immaculate. We loved having breakfast on the lanai, and sometimes dinner, too. I now want a lanai in Connecticut. We enjoyed all of the places to visit and dine in Sarasota, and were thrilled when we got to see alligators at the Myakka State Park.

We stayed here last April, it was great, clean and cozy. Nice pool. Close to beach, a few blocks to walk or drive. Reasonable priced. I wish I could have come back this year.
