This incredible 3,300 square foot beach house is located just steps from a private ocean beach and a short walk to the town of Montauk. There are 2,500 square feet of decking, including a roof deck with spectacular views.
The upper level consists of a large airy living room, with cathedral ceilings, skylights and floor to ceiling fireplace. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area which seats 12, bar with stools and a wrap-around deck on 3 sides, equipped with two large tables and chairs, lounge chairs and a gas barbeque. The master suite includes a fireplace, ocean view and a bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom.
The main level features a family room, with a large screen TV and pull-out queen sofa bed,l as well as 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a full size bed, another has a hollywood bed, which can be used as 2 twins or a king and the last has bunk beds and a captain’s bed. All bedrooms, except the bunk bedroom, have sliding doors that are accessible to decks.
The house is equipped with 3 color cable televisions, VCRs, DVDs, Stereo, private outdoor shower, one car garage and washer and dryer. |
