Shoalwater Condominiums are located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. Shoalwater is convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Shoalwater features a beautiful new outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, sauna and fitness room.

This unit is located on the top floor (12th). There are breathtaking views of the Gulf from both the living room and master bedroom. This is not your typical beach rental. The unit is beautifully decorated with ceramic tile flooring (carpet in bedrooms only). The unit has cable TV with TVs and DVD players in each room.

The comfortable living area features sliding door access to a covered balcony overlooking the Gulf. This area features a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner and other comfortable chairs, as well as TV and DVD.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, sliding door access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf, along with a large dresser and closet. This bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. The master bath has ceramic tiled bathtub with shower.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser and closet. This bedroom has a TV and DVD player. The third bedroom features two twin beds, a door chest and closet, along with a TV and DVD player. The second bathroom is near outside both these bedrooms and features a ceramic tiled bathtub with shower.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinets and all major and portable appliances, including mixer, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Dinnerware, cookware and all utensils are available. There is plenty of cabinet space.

The dining table seats four, and there is bar stool seating for three at the kitchen countertop. This unit has a full-size washer and dryer. An ironing board, iron and vacuum are also available. The balcony has a table with four chairs and an electric grill. There is plenty of room to enjoy the great view of the Gulf, the beautiful pool and the magnificent sunrises/sunsets.

  • Our family experience at Shoalwater Room 1202 the week of June 10 - 16, 2007 was one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever experienced. My wife could never stop telling me how quite beautiful the condo was with the interior decorating, the room layout and the incredible view from the balcony. There was plenty of room for all six of us - six adults that is. The amenities satisfied every need we had in as much as we needed to cook our food, wash our clothes, or just lie back on one of the modest beds to watch a program or two on the LCD television screens each room had. I still remember the emotion distilled from my son when he first walked out onto the balcony and proclaimed its largeness, it's size saying "Wow, this is huge." My daughter could not get over how well put together the whole place was in that it was very well thought out and planned. My wife, again, kept telling me about the tile floors saying this is what I was talking about getting in my own kitchen. Such a lovely place. We all agreed to come back and stay here again.   • beautiful condo decorated in the west indies style. two bedrooms away from master to give maximum privacy. nice to accommodate everyone's own taste with tv and dvd in each bedroom. high floor gives the option of leaving master sliding door slightly open to hear ocean at night. ex-large master bath, max room for two people. great quality bedding for a great nights sleep. well equiped with washer/dryer, iron/board beach towels, water toys, nice outdoor patio set. you feel like you are in a nice home instead of a condo. fast elevator. quiet complex, not alot of noise. beautifully landscaped. security very friendly. across the street from large grocery store, dollar general and pizza. ask locals for directions to tacky jack's restaurant on the intercoastal waterway - best seafood by far. great family vacation area.
