There are three bedrooms, three full baths, large living room and dining room. Master bedroom has a private garden tub with separate shower. Brand new kitchen remodel in 2008. New cabinets, granite countertops , new ceramic tile floor and all new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer are located in kitchen closet. Kitchen overlooks the dining and living room with a stunning view of the ocean. There is a private balcony with ceramic tile and sweeping views of the Atlantic.
Living room has a Stereo/CD player, DVD/VCR player and cable television.
Beds: 1 King, 2 twins, and second king size bed can be converted into two twins. All bedrooms have TV's.
Complex has two oceanfront pools and jacuzzis.
Note: This a non-smoking unit, with the exception of the balcony. Any damage caused in the condo, or smoke odor in the condo is automatic non-refund of the security deposit.
Weekly rate add 11% tax and $200 Refundable Security Deposit.
Moonthly rate add $400 Refundable Security Deposit.
Departure cleaning fee included in rates.
Linen rental available upon request for an additional fee.
