  We had a great week here in Stinson. We’ve vacationed in Stinson many times over the years, but never stayed up on the hill – we loved it! The view was fabulous, the garden is wonderful, and the house is very comfortable. We brought our 3 sons with us, ages 17, 20 and 23 and had a great family time.

  We enjoyed every minute: the mysterious fog as well as the bright sun, the cold surf, as well as the view from the hot tub, collecting shells, discovering starfish, building sandcastles, flying a kite…and on top a whale blowing for our farewell – what a wonderful time we had! Germany

  We celebrated two birthdays here: this is the perfect home away from home. The spectacular views and the short distance to town made a very relaxing vacation. The gardens and orientation of the house made it feel very private. Thank you for a wonderful time – only 30 minutes from our home!

  This is a perfect house set in the perfect location.Thank you for providing the chance to get out of the crazy city, relax and enjoy life. 5 friends got together to reate memories of a lifetime and look forward to carry on the tradition next year. Au revoir, see you in 2011!

  We’ll be back for sure! Perfect place for our family gathering. Even with the wind at the beach, it was warm and lovely on the deck. Garden was magical – saw a deer, butterflies, birds and hummers.

  The Hemmerichs “All good things must come to an end.” Our family has rented homes to as far south as Bear Valley and as far up as Mendocino. So far, 145 Buena Vista tops ‘em all! We are looking forward to our next visit next year.

  We just wanted to say a big thank you for renting out this lovely house to us. Of all the houses we’ve stayed in (including ones in Ireland, Santa Barbara, and Cape Cod), this one may very well be the best of them all. We’ve all had a fantastic week in Stinson Beach, and we hope to get the chance to return here in the near future. WE hope that the families who stay here after us have as great a time as we did.   Watched the moon rise and the sun set last night, and this morning woke up to a brillant orange sky as the sun was rising in the east. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for celebrating birthdays, New Years and family. We'll be back.

  Wow - what an awesome way to spend a weekend! The house, the view, everything. So perfect. Can't wait to come back. Next time will be a week stay. Total privacy.
