About The House: The size of the unit is 2,080 square feet of high end living space on 3 floors.This unit is new along with everything in it. Finished in 2004.
3 Bedrooms (Everything is new): The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, 20" Flat screen color TV, private bathroom with toilet, shower and Jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, triple dresser/mirror, hutch, end table and rocking chair. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, a 20" Flat screen color TV, dresser and closet. The bathroom in the hall has a shower, tub and toilet. Bedroom #3 on the third floor has 2 Queen size beds, a 25" color TV with VCR and DVD player, ceiling fan, private bathroom with toilet, shower and tub, 2 dresser hutch and 2 double closets.
3.5 Bathrooms (everyone has their own shower): The half bath is on the first floor. There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor, and one full bath on the third floor. All of the bathrooms contain marble and Corian counter tops.
Kitchen: Side by side refrigerator, Dishwasher, stove with convection oven, all stainless steel. Oak cabinets with Corian counter tops. The floor is granite. In the Dining area there is a hardwood table that seats 6 very comfortably. The dining area contains hardwood flooring and a sliding glass door to back of unit.
Living room: 27" flat screen color TV, DVD player. Sofa and Love seat are soft black leather with coffee table and 2 end tables. Floor is all hardwood with area rug.
Other Amenities: A laundry room (contains washer & dryer). Heating and Air conditioning: 2 zone heating and AC with separate controls. The back of the unit contains a patio with a stainless steel gas grill and picnic table. The house is equipped with High speed wireless Internet access. So, if you need to connect to the office or just surf the Internet bring your laptop! (will need to know your computers MAC address)
There is absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.
