The house is located 1.8 miles north of I-70 at the Silverthorne/Dillon exit, across from Three Peaks/Raven Golf course. The house is 4300 square feet with incredible views of Buffalo, Red Mountain and the Gore range on one side and the Ptarmagin Range on the other side. The house is also on the Summit Stage Ski Bus route. Keystone, Copper Mountain and Loveland are 10 minutes away; Vail and Breckenridge are 20-30 minutes away.
There are 5 bedrooms - 2 Master (King) bedrooms and 2 Guest (Queen) bedrooms and a loft. The Master bedrooms have jacuzzi tubs and steam showers. The Guest bathrooms have tub/shower. Both Master bedrooms also have fireplaces.
The house has cathedral beamed ceilings throughout, marble bathrooms, granite counters and original indian artwork. The great room has a large fireplace, leather sofa's and rustic pine furniture. The house backs to a pond that has skating and there are cross country ski trails across the street on the golf course.
