House is only yards from the Beautiful South Side Lake with lots of FUN FISHING for every age.
There is lots of fun things to make your vacation a wonderful memory. Benches around the lake for relaxing hours or feeding the swans and ducks is waiting for you.
The master bedroom has a private outside entrance for early risers or late night owls.
The house has central air conditioning with a ceiling fan in the den.. The house is very relaxing and roomy with cable TV. FULL EQUIPPED KITCHEN- including full size refrigerator, pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, george forman, full size electric range, mixer, blender, toaster,silverware,dishes,glasses and can-opener.
Linens, towels and paper products not furnished.....
NO golf cart included
NO smoking or pets
HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH
Full Size HOME APPLIANCES, such as Full size Washer, Dryer, iron and ironing board Refrigerator, Stove and other kitchen appliances.
An outside electric hook-up is available for a Golf Cart.
A picnic table is available on the end of the large concrete parking area for those great afternoon cook outs. The parking area large enough for 2-3 vehicles and a golf cart.
This is a gated community with full around the clock security.
The nature museum is close and very interesting- it is enjoyed by children and adults.
Ocean Lakes does require a $5 per day per car parking pass.
We offer rapid check in pass so you don't have to wait in long check in lines at the office when you arrive. Your vehicle will all ready have been pre-registered. We will mail you the forms for this service after balance is paid (no later than 30 days before check in)
