A picnic table is available on the end of the large concrete parking area for those great afternoon cook outs.

- House has view of Beautiful lake on the Southside with lots of FUN FISHING for every age. For anyone that loves shopping, 2 large malls near by and 2-outlet malls also very convenient. House is only 3 minutes from the ocean. 3 swimming pools one for every age.Also an indoor heated pool. NO Golf Cart provided, however, they can be rented from Ocean Lakes by day or week - Golf Cart crusing great fun for both adults and children.(must be 16 years old or older with drivers license) to drive carts.

AUGUST-SEPT.$800/wk.- Oct-April $500/wk . $75/nt (minimum 3 nts). deposit required
Off Season Monthly Rates $850/mo ..Nov.-MARCH... 1 mo deposit required
Deposit refunded if left Clean and Unharmed for next guest
