The condominium has recently been completely updated with new furnishings, 20" tile, Plantation shutters, and professional paint decor. Featuring a split floor plan with Master suit and bath separate from Guest bedroom and full bath.There is a private heated pool at the complex in addition to the main clubhouse pool facilities and Tennis complex.

Convenient to Southwest Florida Airport just 15 minutes and 5 minutes to Interstate 75, and... the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota's great team, the Twins, play spring baseball in parks only minutes away.

Fiddlesticks has a 30 Day minimum rental policy. Extra nights or weeks may be added if available. Optionally, tenants may elect to utilize the Fiddlesticks Country Club amenities the following additional charges would apply:
A - The membership transfer fee of $212.
B - Monthly Country Club Usage Fee per family is $825 plus tax.
C- $500 Clubhouse Draw Security Deposit - unused portion refundable.
* Tenants are required to spend a minimum of $100 per month in the restaurant/lounge. These Country Club fees entitle the leasee and his immediate family full, unlimited use of all club facilities and unlimited play on two of SW Florida's renowned golf courses or any of the fine private and semi-private Golf Clubs that are included by off-season reciprocal agreement.
