We stayed in this house for a week over New Years 2012. It was just great. The house is brand new. It was immaculate when we arrived. It is very spacious and comfortable. Upstairs is the living/dining/kitchen area, the master bedroom (king bed) with private bathroom/shower. Downstairs are two more bedrooms (queen beds), another living room (convertible sofa), a second bathroom and the two-car garage. It's in an excellent location: in a residential area, a 5 min. walk from an small shopping center which includes an excellent supermarket. The furnishings are of excellent quality, and nothing is lacking. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a beautiful, spacious and functional layout. All the cooking tools are of high quality. The bedrooms are also spacious and of excellent quality. There is a huge flat-panel HD TV in the living area, cable service, a DVD/CD player, a big library of DVDs, a massive dining table with lots of big chairs. The master bedroom has another flat-panel TV, walk-in closet, plus a PC with printer, and there is a third flat-panel TV in the lower living room! The place is extremely well-organized. Even the garage (with an automatic opener) is clean and well-organized. The hot tub is huge (holds 8?) and of first-rate quality (although it's electric and takes a good 18 hours to get to 100ºF. Turn it on right when you arrive!) Owner Freddy Buraye is honest, professional, and answers emails and phone calls immediately. You can't go wrong here! We would go back in a heartbeat. We love this house!!! My friends and I booked this house twice this ski season (1/08 & 2/08) and it was the best house we've ever rented in Tahoe! It was brand new, spacious, completely stocked, clean, close to everything, a level driveway, and more! The computer, hot tub, big screen TVs and iHome units made our stay even more comfortable! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Lastly, the owner was a dream to deal with - he was so nice, attentive and completely accessible. We'll be calling you again, Freddy!
