I was so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was. The pictures don't do the place justice. It was so close to the beach entrance that we were able to go to and from the beach several times a day. The kids had a blast and it was so nice to have toys and puzzles for them when it was raining out. The beds were so comfortable that I was able to take super relaxing naps each day. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family. I felt very safe and secure with the keypad entrances also.

Imagine a high end executive retreat with all the comforts of home: warm beds, plenty of room to stretch out, TVs in every room, designated parking, good movies waiting for you. Here's the truth -- What really impressed me were all the little things that went above and beyond my expectations: toys and books for my kid, extra blankets, games to play, laterns for the beach. I felt spoiled. And the location is amazing... you can park your car and walk to the beach or to the local restaurants for breakfast. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to disconnect from stress and enjoy some family time.

Beautiful Condo with fantastic owners!

The condo was really beautiful; partial view of the ocean in a great beach community. It snowed while we were there and it was really nice to sit by the windows with the gas fireplace going and dinner cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen was nicely appointed and very new, but could use some new pans. This condo has a really great floor plan; one that allows it to feel spacious. We have an infant son that was able to take quiet naps in the bedroom while the rest of us talked and played games. The owners are spot-on with their communication. We had a small issue with the condo not being ready for us and they accommodated us by allowing us to stay an additional night for free! For the price, the location and the amenities, this is a place we will return to for sure!

It sounds like there has been some wear and tear on the pans since our family has had an opportunity to enjoy the beach. Rockaway Beach Pad - Beautiful!!

My family and I stayed at the Rockaway Beach Pad over the New Year's Holiday. The condo is beautifuly decorated, very comfortable and stocked with anything you could possibly need. This condo was better stocked then my own home. The beds were extremely comfortable, that was a huge plus! Correspondance with the owner was excellent. We would stay here again withouth hesitation! Highly recommended!!! A+++++++

Holiday break at wonderful Rockaway Beach!

We had a great time at your spacious, two bedroom condo. It seriously felt like you had thought of everything! The place was really clean and comfortable... and we loved that you had movies and games able for us to use. The beautiful long beach was right out the door and we spent hours walking along and enjoying the waves. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place with great location on the Oregon coast. A good value - we'll definitely be back!!

We visited on a stormy weekend in October and couldn't have been happier. The condo is warm, inviting, had everything we needed and more. The 2 bed/2 bath was perfect for our party of 2 couples. The beds were very, very comfortable! It's just steps to the beach (on other side of building, but nice oblique view from living room windows) and close to all that's in town. An easy walk to restaurants, coffee and shops. We are already talking about returning for another stay. Thanks to our kind hosts who made the entire rental process easy and stress-free.

Condo was spacious and well-appointed! My family enjoyed the location across from the beach access point to never-ending sand and gorgeous scenery! Near the shops, park, arcade and restaurants of Rockaway Beach. Pride of ownership shows throughout the condo! Within driving distance to other beaches and towns along the northern coast of Oregon! My wife wants to make a bi-annual trip to the Oregon coast and this is the place we'd stay for sure! Thanks again! Birthday weekend couldn't have been better!

This condo was exceptionally nice! We were very impressed with it when we got there! The condo is new with very nice furnishings. It was clean and roomy. It was fun to stay so close to the beach, and we thought Rockaway Beach was an excellent place to stay. The owner was great to work with in reserving this online and communicating with us via email about anything we needed to know regarding our stay. We really enjoyed having such a nice kitchen as well as being able to do laundry. It was overall a very good stay for us!

This is a great condo steps from the beach. It's loaded with all the amenities you could possibly want, from a nicely appointed kitchen, to a TV in each room, toys for the kids, beach chairs, kite, you name it! It's clean and comfortable and the location is amazing. You're literally steps from the sandy beach, and a block from all the action that downtown Rockaway Beach has to offer. We'll be staying here again next year for sure!!!

Rockaway Beach Pad ROCKS !!!!

My husband, myself and our 2 teenaged kids stayed 2 nights at Troy and Jenn's beach pad. We were blown away when we arrived! It is a beautifully appointed suite and contained significantly more "comforts of home" than we could begin to make use of in the two days we spent there. Although there is no patio with the suite, we did not miss it at all as we were very literally mere steps from the beach and spent plenty of time gathered around a fire as the sun set and long afterwards. Troy and Jenn's Rockaway Beach Pad will NOT dissappoint !!! We will return as soon as humanly possible with a much broader knowledge base of fancy new appliances !!!

Yes, at times we wish there was a patio as well; however, the patio suites in our complex were much smaller or did not have a view, so we decided to purchase a larger view unit with the hopes our guests would feel the same. Condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was awesome, everything we needed was there. A very short walk to a big beautiful beach. My family enjoyed their stay.

Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay at beautiful Rockaway beach. Your condo was beautifully decorated complete with large flat screen, plush pillow top mattresses, well stocked, and still kid friendly. We loved being able to wake up steps from the scenic beach, walk to breakfast/ arcade/ ice cream, etc. We will definitely be back and thank you for such attention to detail.

A nearly new building, flat screen TV, great beds, great furniture and nice views. Everything works just as you'd hope. The maintenance was perfect. The beach is right there, covered parking and a cozy feel. I always love it when we pull up to a place and my wife says something like "good choice sweetheart". I' have recommended this property to friends. Long walks on the beach are rewarded with the warmth of this wonderful modern new condo with nice ocean view and just steps to the sand and sea.
