Why the Owner Chose Ocean Villa
We chose to purchase our condo in this area because of its' proximity to our home and it is quickly becoming an international "hot spot" of beaches to visit. With the new arrival of the international airport in 2010 and a plethra of places to shop,eat,golf, and many places of local entertainment, PCB is the place to be. The sugar white sand beaches are the most beautiful pristine beaches in the nation. We hope you will come see what everyone else isn't missing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo was completed in October of 2006. The building being brand new has some of the more desired ammenties that older properties don't have. We have two pools, one is heated indoor/outdoor;hot tub; work out center overlooking the beach; grills, and some of the best views the beach has to offer. The building is centrally located with many options for dining,shopping, recreation, and general having fun to be had by all ages.

We are Robert and Kelley Parrish, and our beloved dog Smokey. We live in Albany,Ga., and have just had our first child, Trey Parrish. We love to visit the beach, and decorated the condo as to have a feeling of home away from home - at the beach. We are both healthcare workers, and nothing is more relaxing than a weekend at the beach after a long week at the hospital. We hope that you come to visit our condo as we would love to share our little piece of heaven with you. Welcome to "Shangrila".

My sister and I stayed the second week of May and had a great time. The condo was very clean and beautiful! The owners were great to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. We spent most of our time on the large balcony. I loved all the colors of the condo. We will definitely rent from Robert and Kelley again. Thank you for sharing you second home with us!

We just came off a cruise and wanted to stay in Panama City Beach for two days before returning home. We absolutely loved the condo after being cramped in the ship cabins and the decor was beautiful. The view is amazing and the condo has everything a person could need for vacation. It even had two ironing boards. We stay in alot of condos and this one was probably the best yet. Thanks.

Simply BEAUTIFUL. The condo and the view were great. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Totally within walking distance to alot of things and restaurants. I definitely look forward to hopefully renting from you again! Thanks for a relaxing weekend at what felt like a home away from home.
