This single family house is ocean block, steps to the beach, with deck, yard, outdoor shower and off-street parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and sun room. The first floor has bedroom #1 with 1 full-size bed, bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds, sun room with full-size pull-out sofa bed and second dining area, kitchen and full bath.

Second floor has loft with 1 full-size bed plus a pull-out futon and full bath. Our home is great for the kids, with miniature golf down the block, video, grocery store and liquor store across the street, and great restaurants nearby. Awesome cottage for families!

The property is less than a block to the beach. At the end of the day, head to the outdoor shower to rinse off, before relaxing on the deck, while the kids play in the yard.

Linens are not included. You must supply your own sheets and towels. Cleaning service is included in the rates.

The house is available for families and adults over 23 years of age.
