Azure is very beautiful and a relaxing place to stay. The pool area and restrooms were extremely well cared for and the elevators and front lobby were kept very clean even though people would come back from the beach and track sand in. This particular condo is in a perfect location on the 3rd floor to get a gorgeous view of the ocean. Having a keypad on the door was wonderful so we didn't have to worry about carrying a keycard to the pool or beach, we just punched in our designated code. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, and even containers for leftovers! Having beach chairs and umbrella reserved for us was also a nice touch and very appreciated. We loved the Destin area and especially Azure and look forward to returning soon!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

This unit is absolutely beautiful. Top of the line kitchen and baths. Gorgeous views. Only a couple of issues keeping this from being 5 star. First....the restaurants at the pier and especially Fudpuckers are horrible. How can be right on the gulf and serve horrible seafood.....unforgiveable. However, the unit is very close to Destin which we found later in the week to have excellent restaurants and way better shops/activities. My only other complaint is the temperature of the pools......way too hot. Instead of squirting hot water from the hot tubs into the pool, they should be constantly putting cold water from kiddie water park into the pools. They are not refreshing at all. Also, there was a huge algea problem at the beach. You have to go out at least 25 yards to get to clear water. Can't fault the owner of the unit though......as I said the unit is top notch. Would definitely rent again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
