There are days when you will be the only one on this northern part of New Smyrna Beach. The ocean waves are a lot of fun to try surfing like the locals or to play around in with the kids!
There is excellent fine dining located in New Smyrna Beach and our condo is located within minutes of banks, library, churches, shopping and medical services. For those of you who love to golf, the unit is close to several excellent courses. There are many other golf courses within a 30-minute drive from New Smyrna Beach.

This was our first stay in a condo for a family vacation. It was a great experience. The condo was exactly as described. It is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. At this end of the beach it is not nearly as crowded (even on a Saturday). Note: You can drive on the beach here. The condo is about an hour or so to Orlando & St. Augustine area. The owners communicated very well and were more than gracious to provide restaurant reviews. Our kids are looking forward to next year already!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
