Grand Caribbean 325 offers views, luxury and a convenient location for both boaters and beachcombers.
From the balcony, watch the boats in the bayou, the birds in the pines or the sun set over the sugar white dunes of the Gulf Coast.
Located on the third floor of a four-story building, Grand Caribbean 325 was completely refurbished in January. The unit is sophisticated and comfortable in decor and amenities, a beautiful vacation condo at an unbelievable price.
Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and water sports, Grand Caribbean is in the heart of beautiful Orange Beach, named after the acres of orange groves that once grew here.
A public boat launch to Cotton Bayou is behind the complex, and the state park beach is located directly across the street. The Orange Beach bike path wraps behind the building, ending at the newly renovated beach pavillion and boardwalk.
A swimming pool, elevators and outdoor grills add to the fun of the Grand Caribbean complex. Plenty of parking and luggage carts make check-in easy and convenient.
The condo also has DSL for your laptop. Just be sure to ask about this in advance so we can give you accurate instructions for accessing the service.
Located between Gulf Shores, Alabama, and the Florida state line, Grand Caribbean is convenient to shopping, fishing, fine dining and the The Wharf, Alabama's premiere destination resort on the Intracoastal Waterway. Newly opened this year, The Wharf offers boutiques, cafes, a 10,000-seat amphitheater and the tallest Ferris wheel in the Southeast.

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
My husband and I first vacationed in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores when I was pregnant with our daughter. Twenty years later, we are the proud owners of half a dozen properties, which we manage ourselves. We live in Memphis, Tennessee, where we work in media (radio and newspapers) and love to cook gourmet meals. We take the eight-hour drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast as often as possible, which is to say, we are never at the beach enough!

We had a great time in this condo. Everything was as Pam told us it would be. I really hated to leave. The location is perfect, right across from the public beach, next to the Rite Aid and a few more great stores. Adventure Island is about a mile down the street along with resturants and souviner shops. I hope to come back someday and stay longer.

We were looking for some where different to vacation besides Florida and we've found it ..Orange Beach! Did a lot of looking for a affordable place to stay whle planning our trip and found Pam's condo fit our tight budget. Was worried about rooom with two teenage boys and we had plenty. Pam sent us a list of her fav places to eat and the best times to hit them and must say DIET was not in our vocabulary. We stayed for 4th of July and enjoyed the firework display on the beach.
Owner response:GC325 is a very nice condo directly across the street from a super improved state beach. Also check out our website pamonthebeach.com for our other direct on-the-beach condos at Lighthouse and Romar Beach!

Pam! Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed the condo and our stay. The view was perfect, as was the weather. I wanted to tell you too that we tried some of the restaurants on the list you sent with check in info. LOVED Gulf Shores steamers. Lulu's was our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. The condo was very nicely decorated and the bed and pillows were both very comfy. I will admit to both of us taking naps on the couch as it was nice as well. Everything was just as you described. The condo was great for honeymooners but there is enough room if you want to bring family. Just wanted to tell you that we really appreciate everything and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will gladly recommend you to anyone that asks. Thanks again. ~~Mary Frogge (Black)

Just spent the month of April at Pam's condo and it was everything Pam said it would be. Very well equipped and clean. The pool, not being heated was a little cool but when the weather is in the 80's it is very refressing and we soon got used to it. The area was very convenient for shopping, Publix, dollar store, Rite Aid and more. Just a short ride and you can go to a great outlet mall. Pam was very helpful before we left for Alabama, even giving us a list of restaurants around and about.

Our stay in this condo was perfect. Our room was on the third floor, but that wasn't a problem, b/c there were carts there and an elevator to make carrying your luggage and extras very easy. The property was very clean and the condo room itself was immaculate - VERY CLEAN. The pool area was very nice. The public beach is directly across the road and we could easily walk over there. This helped out ALOT as we were there during the 4th and of course, parking spaces at the beach were limited. Very close to restaurants. Pam was a joy to work with. Very good communication. The grilling area was great. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

This condo was quiet, clean, and convenient to everything we needed for a restful vacation. The views of the Gulf and Cotton Bayou were perfect from the balcony. We've been to beaches from Maine to Texas and this is our favorite so far. Our visit was for the water and the sand and we got SO MUCH MORE! I'm a birder and they were plentiful; from a mockingbird on our balcony looking for a handout to a large Great Blue Heron landing beside us on the beach just as the sky was pink with sunset. I watched a cormorant and the pelicans fishing on Dauphin Island. This unit is easy to get to and easy to access. My only suggestion is that the entrance to Grand Caribbean needs to be a little more clearly defined, especially for night entrance. Also, the sheets were a little threadbare. We had a wonderful time! Thanks to PamOntheBeach.
Owner response:Thanks for the lovely comments! Next time, be sure to find the beautiful new nature trail about half a mile from the condo heading into Orange Beach..on the left just before you get to City Hall and the post office. It's a fantastic bike and hiking trail with lots of birds and tree and flower identifications. I've already talked to my housekeeping about the linen. Thanks for letting me know. Pam on the Beach
