This condo is in TOWER 5, Unit 1908--ON THE 19TH Floor-- -Monthly available for January and Febuary --SAT-SAT ONLY IN THE SUMMER BETWEEN JUNE 5-AUGUST 21 ...........................- -- O N L Y Certain condos in TOWERS 1, 3, AND 5 HAVE " D I R E C T " GULF VIEWS-and are rated "gulf front!!!" according to Portofino's guidelines (-TOWERS 2 AND 4 HAVE A "GULF facing VIEW"- -when comparing prices, keep in mind that "gulf front" is night and day different from "gulf facing, or gulf "view" -ALL owners "cover your check in and amenity fees "for you" --they are charged directly to us by Portofino-SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ADD ONS WHEN YOU ARRIVE-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Most vrbo Portofino sites have all the resort details, so I'll skip those ---As for the condo (see amenity section for beds, etc) but there's a 42" plasma TV in living room--flat screen tvs in each bedroom , as well as in the KITCHEN!

THIS IS A REALLY BEAUTIFUL UNIT-- -EVERYONE WHO's seen it or stayed here, AGREES --- fabulous pictures available upon request which show you your view from the living area!!- fyi---views vary greatly and a condo may have a great view "in one direction" "from the balcony," but that may not be the views from the living areas!!!) -- YOU'LL HAVE A HARD TIME LEAVING this condo WITH THE BEACH VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM! No One has been disappointed and people say this condo surpassed their every expectation !

regarding payment and booking policies BEFORE E-MAILING to reserve. The "damage deposit" of $350 is refundable (within 2 wks of your stay) if the condo is left in good order -- . Prices are discounted for payment by check or money order--credit card use accepted but a 2%fee will be added to the price ----- 25% down when contract is signed, balance in full 45 days prior to stay. If reservation is within the 45 day period, all due AT THE TIME CONTRACT IS SIGNED --If your stay is within 15 days and you are paying by check to take advantage of the best price --all due by cashier's check or money order by overnight mail)-- Payment is non refundable in the event of cancellation,(except in the event of a hurricane) unless!!!!, the unit can be rebooked at the same rate-- --then you would be refunded less a $50 rebooking fee--may be possible to reschedule-- **MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT
