There is a lot of room for the whole family! The house also has a huge party deck with 2 slider doors on to it, great for summer barbeque. Washer, dryer and central air are all available on the property.
The property is walking distance to the loading dock, co-hogging, and Waquoit Bay and minutes (5-7) of driving to local beaches and Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. You have just a 10 minute drive to see Falmouth Comodores, Cape Cod's baseball league. Also 10 to 15 minutes to Falmouth common and Mashapee shopping center and 20 to 25 minutes to Hyannis. The house is only minutes away from the best ice cream on the Cape, Smitty's!
The house has a perfect location and cozy atmosphere, with access to great fun Cape activities. Great family getaway for family fun!
