This is a fully restored huge Victorian home located right outside of Oxford, in a very quaint town called Water Valley. It is one of the towns historical land marks. Built in 1894, this home features, beautiful stained glass windows, hardwood floors, a huge wrap around porch with rocking chairs and ceiling fans, to enjoy coffee in the morning or just curl up with a good book.
This home has 6 bedrooms or 5 bedrooms with an optional game/movie room with a 42" plasma tv mounted on the wall for all of your viewing needs. In this game room you have access to a fooseball table, karaoke machine, and an extra fridge to keep your food and beverages cold. This home has 4 full bathrooms, two have clawfoot bath tubs and the other two have stand up showers.
There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking, and event catering needs. The home features T.V.'s with satellite dish, for all your viewing needs. The dining room has a huge long table that will accommodate your whole family and then some with a butler door leading into the kitchen, for easy serving access.
