Our 1 bedroom 2 bath unit with Bunk area is located on the 2nd floor. The view is spectacular from this lower unit. It feels like Paradise when you relax in our unit!!! The unit itself is decorated Tommy Bahama Style. The master bedroom features a Serta Deluxe Ultra Comfort King Bed with Beautiful furniture, a private master bath and for your convenience a Small Flat-Screen TV with DVD player. The Bunk Area Features a double set of comfortable bunk beds with a second bathroom that has a stand-up shower. The Main Living area features a 37" flat screen, beautiful decorative furniture, bar stools, full-size eat-in kitchen and a more importantly awesome views of the pools and Gulf. The Large Private Patio Doors feature privacy glass and privacy curtains just in-case you want to sleep in!!!

The pools are the most beautifully designed I have seen!! You really do feel like you're at your own private resort. There really is no need to leave the complex!!!!

  • We have been going to P.C. for years and never seen anything quite as beautiful as this place,this is what we call home away from home.It has the prettiest surroundings of any place on P.C.B. the staff was very accomadating, the only drawback was the elevators were very slow but that didn't affect us on the 2nd floor. We will stay there for years to come.

  • We love your place and had a wonderful time on our vacation. Your place is well-decorated, very comfortable and overall easy to access being on the second floor. We never had to wait for an elevator after overhearing some of the other guests. The grounds are first class and my kids had a blast! Thanks Again JPH

  • Owner is courteous, prompt, and very nice man. He also put top of the line furniture, mattresses, and appliances in this condo. We felt like guests in his home as opposed to the typical condo with cheap furnishings. Unusual perks include: 1. quick/easy access to stairs/pool/beach - avoid elevators 2. parking is on the same floor, in a deck, 50 feet from the condo. no elevator needed. 3. free dvd rental machine 4. comfortable mattress 5. view of ocean/beach from balcony 6. beautiful, new furnishings. 7. across street from Walmart 8. walk to Pineapple Willy's next door 9. pool is incredible Additionally considerations: 1. There isn't a kitchen table. Children under 2 1/2 yrs will need a high chair. Not issue for us. 2. be at the pool by 7:50am to get a good chair. Please take care of the condo. We plan to return next year. Have Fun.
