Come stay at our beautiful townhomes located directly across the street from "the world's most beautiful beaches" in Panama City Beach, Florida. We have 2 newly decorated townhomes located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. This resort has a swimming pool with clubhouse and restaurant/snack bar located directly on the beach.

There are 11 swimming pools located within the resort (some heated), tennis courts (some lighted), unlimited free 18-hole miniature golf, shuffleboard, and exercise room. There is also a lagoon for fishing. This is a gated community with 24-hour security. Both of our condos are spacious, glassback models that feature almost 1,200 square feet. The back decks overlook the canal that runs through the resort. You can fish off the back deck, cook out, or just relax and enjoy the view.

Our condos have 2 dedicated parking spaces at your front door which makes it easy to unload luggage and groceries. No waiting for elevators or having to park across the street from your condo!

Both of our condos have 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedrooms feature new king size beds. The guest bedrooms have 2 beds. They have a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, tile floors, washer/dryer, tv's in all bedrooms and living room, dvd and vcr, stereo, and grills to cookout. We also provide with each condo tennis racquets, tennis balls, putters and golf balls for use at the tennis courts and miniature golf on-site. We also provide several dvd and vhs movies, books, board games, playing cards, and beach towels for use during your stay. In addition, we also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella & rolling cart for your use.

The beach is a short walk through the resort to a private, security gate. We also offer a golf cart for rental. Please inquire if interested.

We are also conveniently located behind the Shoppes at Edgewater. Our resort has a private security gate to access the Shoppes at Edgewater so you don't have to drive or even walk on the road to eat, shop & play. The shopping center has several shops and restaurants and features Rock-It Lanes which is a 50,000 sq foot family entertainment center with 24 bowling lanes, 23 pool tables, 5,000 sq foot arcade, roller skating rink, restaurant & sports bar. The shopping center also has a Subway, Montego Bay Seafood Restaurant, Cici's Pizza Buffet, Chicago Dawgs, Roy's Original Chili Dogs & Burgers, Los Rancheros mexican restaurant, Sweet Basil's Italian, FireFly fine dining (formerly Canopies at different location), an ice cream shop, several clothing stores, jewelry store & more. Also located in the shopping center is Ivan Salon & Spa, and California Cycles- where you can rent motorcycles, scooters & electric cars. All of this is within walking distance!

We are also within walking distance to a Super Wal-Mart, Publix, Shipwreck Ltd. Designer Boutique & Surf, the new Ripley's Believe It or Not, Burger King, BackYard Burger, Sonic, Zaxby's, Applebee's, Pompano's, Saltwater Grill, H2O Bar & Grill, Visions Martini Bar, Starbucks, Coyote Ugly, Hungry Howie's Pizza, and many more shops & restaurants.

Also located nearby is the new Pier Park with premier shopping, dining & tourist attractions such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Guglielmo's Italian, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Dillards, Old Navy, Target, Cache, Ulta, and many boutiques & gift shops. Pier Park also features The Grand Movie Theater with 16 screens.

Also, we have the new Bay Town Trolley service to take you around the town and Gulf Highlands Resort is a stop along the route of the Bay Town Trolley. The Churchwell Park-n-Ride is conveniently located just outside of the St. Katherine gate. The trolley service runs every 30 minutes on Friday-Sunday from 10am-midnight. It stops at Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Water Park, Wal-Mart & the Churchwell Park-n-Ride.

We are also close to Frank Brown Softball Complex, Gulf World, Zoo World, Shipwreck Water Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Pineapple Willie's, Angelo's Steakhouse, Captain Andersons, Schooners, BoatYard, Sharkys, Shuckums, Spinnakers, Club La Vela, Marriott Bay Point Resort & Yacht Club, and several golf courses.

Panama City Beach is also home to Shell Island. Shell Island is a natural undeveloped island about 7 miles long which lies between the Gulf of Mexico & St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach, FL. Shell Island is home to one of the world's highest concentrations of bottle-nosed dolphins. The island's pristine beauty and abundant wildlife make it an enjoyable and exciting way to spend the day. Shell Island offers excellent snorkeling, fishing, shelling and secluded beaches.

  • Our families spent the Thanksgiving holidays (3 nights) in this unit and enjoyed it very much. It was very comfortable and the 2 full bath were just what out 2 families needed. The rooms were spacious and all we needed to provide was our food!!! The deck was excellent and SAFE for the the kids (and adults)! Should the opportunity arise, we would choose this unit again if it is available.

  • Absolutely LOVED the condo!!!! It was well equiped, decorated lovely, and so convenient to everything. Thing thing we loved the most was all the privacy that we wouldn't have had in a hotel.
