There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and gas burning fireplace in the master bedroom. The master bath has a steam shower and separate large soaking tub. There is a large yard, nice decks and a gas grill. Tannenbaum Subdivision has a beautiful, 18 hole public golf course. There are also two tennis courts and two public boat launches.
