Chalet Hilltop is a beautiful, upscale home in Tannenbaum Subdivision on Greers Ferry Lake. This tastefully decorated home is across the street from the lake with a winter lakeview. There are five bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens, 1 Trundle) and three full bathrooms.

There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and gas burning fireplace in the master bedroom. The master bath has a steam shower and separate large soaking tub. There is a large yard, nice decks and a gas grill. Tannenbaum Subdivision has a beautiful, 18 hole public golf course. There are also two tennis courts and two public boat launches. (And ask me about your boat).
