Our vacation home is furnished with your comfort and ease in mind…the living area accesses a large gulf front balcony with a bar-height travertine table that seats four and there is a relaxing lounge chair on which to watch the surf roll in. The living room features generous seating and a queen sofa sleeper, a 50” Plasma flat screen HDTV and a state-of-the-art surround-sound systems and a DVD and VCR player; the dining room features a large table, six chairs and three barstools; the kitchen features stainless steel appliances…built-in convection wall oven, microwave, flat cook top, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with in-door filtered water and ice and is complete with the kitchenware needed to prepare a gourmet meal; the gulf-front master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 42” flat screen Plasma HDTV, DVD and VCR player, CD player, walk-in closet, art work and sliding glass door leading out onto a balcony; the second and third bedrooms both feature queen beds, 22” 1080P LCD HDTV TV's with built-in DVD and private bathrooms and both rooms open to a 2nd north facing balcony.
Indigo requires weekly rentals, a guest in each unit that is at least 25 years of age, and guests are not allowed to have pets. This is a non-smoking unit. All linens, except beach towels are provided. 15% advance rent requirement; remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. We suggest purchasing trip cancellation and Interruption protection. Arrival 4 p.m. or later; departure 10 a.m. or earlier.
