Our Manasota Key beach house is among the larger and more accommodating beach front rental homes in the Central Gulf Coast region. The two-story home is quite unique in that the upper and lower floors are not internally connected by a stairway but by two outdoor stairways. This unique feature allows for extended families (or friends) to vacation together yet allows for each family to maintain some privacy during their stay.
The property's secluded beach setting allows for you to enjoy nature at its finest. Whether you decide to get away from the cold northern winters or just enjoy a warm Florida summer, each season offers it's own unique characteristics. Our favorites include: frequent turquoise blue clear waters, swimming, sunning, snorkeling, fishing, peaceful walks along the beach, shell and shark tooth collecting, beautiful sunsets, sea turtles, dolphins and manatees, great outdoor grilling and picnicing, local shopping and fine dining.
Both the upstairs and downstairs have their own kitchens with ample ability to comfortably feed your group. The outdoors includes multiple tables and seating and a screened in covered porch area.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly rates $3600-$4200/week .. $4800/holiday weeks.
Monthly rates $9600/month and up (not available summer break).
Seasonal rates (ie. 1 month min.) $10,000/month.
11% tourism tax will apply. $250/stay cleaning charge.
$500.00 reservation deposit required.
Weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Rentals Available.
Discounts available to return renters and smaller parties (1 to 4 persons).
