At the end of your day - return to your comfortable apartment to lay down your purchases, put up your feet, regroup to head out again for an evening of clubbing or culture, or just take a hot bath, rent a movie, enjoy cable television, catch local sports action, and have any sort of food delivered from any restaurant imaginable. This fabulous, spacious Upper West Side apartment awaits you. We are ideally located between trendy Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, a block from world-renowned Broadway. While we are a very short distance from the excitement that is New York, we are on a quiet block, in a quiet building, affording you the luxury of a good night's rest. The location is extremely safe, and we have excellent security for additional peace of mind.

General: This apartment is perfect for families, or for groups of friends who'd like a NYC pied a terre. The apartment is filled with books and videos and music, as well as toys and the sorts of things children might enjoy, but parents might not wish to drag along in suitcases. We boast all the comforts of home in a wonderful, vibrant setting.

The apartment has a brand new large kitchen, and dining to accommodate everyone. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. To add to this warm and cheery atmosphere is one friendly cat, (the smaller gray one in the photo, the other passed away) who will cuddle up to you and your children. All we ask is that you feed them. Weekly maid service can be provided.

This rental was everything the owners promised and more. It was spacious, ( we were four adults and two young children) close proximity to central park, museum of natural history, public transportation, restaurants etc. The owners were gracious, easy to communicate with and wonderful ambassadors for NYC Far better and more economical than any hotel. I would wholeheartedly recommend this "home away".

Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Rates

$4000.00 a week (approx.) - We negotiate based on number of guests, length of stay, dates. Ask!!Aside from the open areas listed on our calendar, and longer school vacations, occasional weekends, (Friday and Saturday night, as well as long holiday weekends are often available).

The apartment rents for approximately $3500.00 a week, approximately 500.00 a night, which is economical compared to any local hotels, for a group of people.  That being said, pricing is contingent on time of year, length of stay, and number of guests.

Given the above guidelines, unlike a hotel, OUR rates are negotiable, based on individual needs! Please contact us to discuss this further.While we usually get between 400 and 600 a night for the apartment, we are also open to bartering, swaps and personal circumstances, in order for us to reach a comfortable price agreed to by all.  Our apartment has three bedrooms, and a large living room and it is large enough for 6 adults to stay here quite comfortably. Remember, at this writing, we also have ONE cat, who is abundantly friendly, and who will add warmth to your visit.
