The master bedroom is located on the lower floor and has a king-sized bed with a sleeper sofa, walkout balcony, private door to hot tub, floor to ceiling windows, and its own master bathroom with two sinks, a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. Bedroom two is also located on the lower floor and has a queen-sized bed, bunk bed, large closet, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom three is located on the upper floor and has a king-sized bed, large closet, and its own private bathroom. The condo sleeps up to ten people.
The beautifully-decorated and fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area are situated in an open-floor plan on the upper floor. The living room has floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The living room also offers a gas fireplace, a television with DVD/VCR, and a stereo with a CD player. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight people, and there are four stools at the bar in the kitchen. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the lower floor, and the mud-room is located directly inside the front door on the upper floor, with plenty of ski and coat storage.
The condo is easily accessible from Denver International Airport (DIA), approximately sixty-five miles or one-and-one-half hours’ drive. A local transportation service offers a door-to-door airport shuttle to and from DIA.
This is a fabulous, year-round, vacation retreat and is located only ten miles from Granby and eighteen miles from Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. It is located within a two-hour drive from Vail, Summit County, Steamboat Springs, Hot Sulpher Springs, Red Rocks, Breckenridge, and Estes Park. |
