White Sand Sugar is a lovely townhouse that was remodeled in 2007. The townhouse features two bedrooms, one and a half baths, and sleeps up to eight guests. . White Sand Sugar is located two miles west of Highway 79 and right across the street from the beach, approximately 100 ft, with a convenient public walkway to the left of the house . You can see the beach,the water ,the sunset ,not infront of you but sideway on the upstairs back deck.
Pier Park is a new shopping mall located three miles from White Sand Sugar on Highway 98. Pier Park contains many restaurants, clothing stores, movie theater with 16 screens, Dillards and Target stores, and a bookstore. Outdoor concerts are conducted at Pier Park in the summer months.
White Sand Sugar is in close promitity to family oriented activities such as the Gulf World Aquarium, Shipwreck Island, Zoo World, and Frank Brown Park for swimming, basketball, and tennis.
White Sand Sugar has been rented to single families as well as college students in the spring.
Short term stay are welcome in off season .

My family and I rented here last July. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Just a short walk from the beach. Miss Kay was extremely nice and helpful with any needs. We are looking forward to coming back again this year. All the comforts of home.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
