Where to start... All I could keep saying as we walked through the door was, WOW!! Even as we started our drive up the hill and onto the driveway and then saw the property; it was all amazing! The house, the lanai, the yard, the views!! Paradise!! Thank-you for keeping such a treasure, affordable; so that families are able to enjoy! We loved sitting on the lanai each morning ( very peaceful). Relaxing in the jacuzzi with the tiki torches lit at night. What an experience!! A big thank-you to the property manager, Steve. He was very friendly and very helpful. The fresh fruit tray was delicious and very appreciated. Thank-you so much Lloyd and Lynda for sharing your beautiful Maui home! Everything that you would need was there. Very clean and beautifully decorated. You were so quick to answer our e-mails. It was a pleasure to deal with the both of you - very friendly! Our family of five LOVED our stay in paradise! I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

This home is truly located in paradise. The yard is exceptionally beautiful, as is the home itself. You feel like you are staying in a private sanctuary, yet the home is conveniently close to Lahaina. We enjoyed dining and relaxing out on the lanai, as well as reading a good book while listening to Hawaiian music in the comfortable chaise lounges. We felt like we were centrally located for our excursions on the island, but we looked forward to coming back to the cottage to relax. So many wonderful amenities were provided. This place is a dream! The owners were so kind and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back!

Aloha, I have been wanting to send this email a week ago but it is taking me abit to get over my Maui withdrawal !!! lol Your cottage was amazing, we loved everything about it, although we were on the Island for our daughters wedding and did not spend alot of time there it will be a memory we won't soon forget. The peacefulness of the neighbourhood, the view, the mornings & evenings on the lanai were amazing !! The flowers & coconut trees, the rooster crowing every morning....The gorgeous beach just down the hill were awesome. Tina was a sweetheart, the house was clean & stocked with all sorts of things that made the vacation enjoyable. Although we did not get to use the hot tub as it blew a main breaker inside the house, Joe, the property manager did let us us another property to swim & hot tub for part of our stay What a great man, every person on the Island was friendly & helpful. We recommended your home to people everywhere. Cannot wait to return to this Gorgeous Island.... Your property gets a 5 Star from us. MAHALO

The property speaks for itself but equally important to us is the ease in dealing with Lloyd and Lynda. They are so quick to answer any questions, no matter how many you may have. The home is a beautiful escape in paradise with all the privacy you could ever ask for. The hot tub is such a gift; the star gazing is an awesome way to end your day. We've already booked for next year! Don't hesitate to book this home!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed this lovely cottage in paradise. The views are spectacular, as are the beds and furnishings. Hot tub under the stars and tiki torches truly makes this cottage a paradise. Large landscape is wonderful for families who want to have a place to play outside. Beach is a 15 minute walk. The cottage has a lovely property manager who lives on the same property. She was readily available to make our stay perfect! It was wonderful to not be among all the commercialism of the big hotels.

We carefully perused all of the available rentals in the Lahaina area before deciding on this place. I'll cover all 3 of the "cons" first. 1) The skillet has ridges in it that makes it very difficult to clean. 2) Although it probably wouldn't be a problem for most folks, we wish there had been A/C in the living area/kitchen and 3) The sprinklers ran so often that the grass was always saturated which prevented laying out in the sun (I think there is a high fire danger in the area though, so if the place were mine I'd keep it saturated too.) That's it...everything else was PERFECT. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning with it's gorgeous 180 degree views, a gentle wind, and Hawaiian music from the CD player in the background. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything is well maintained. The property has many fruit trees and the air is thick with the smell of plumeria. Tina, the property manager does an outstanding job taking care of the place and was very helpful anytime we had questions or needed anything. In the evenings we would come back to the cottage and get in the hot tub, a couple of nights we had the tiki torches going as well...again, just gorgeous. We'll have wonderful memories of this place for the rest of our lives if we aren't able to go back, but we have every intention of going back someday. We've traveled all over the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and western Europe, and this trip to Maui was, hands down, the best vacation we've ever had. So, would we stay here again? We'd buy it if we could!

Echoing the sentiments of so many reviews - what a fabulous place. So private and relaxing with the views (love those whales), breezes, quiet......lots of books to be read on the lanai. Be sure to turn on the tiki torches for the true experience. The house is decorated to the nines - nice thoughtful touches throughout to make the stay the most comfortable. We loved the routine of going to the market for fresh fish and vegetables and coming back to our retreat to BBQ and sit on the lanai to watch the sunset (can I go back?)! Our one wonderful dinner out was at the Pineapple Grill at the Kapalua Bay course clubhouse - incredible food in a relaxed atmosphere. A terrific value for a vacation away from all the hubbub if you choose, convenient enough to get to all the touristy stuff if desired. The best part was coming back home! We will go back!

This was our second stay. We'll be back again. We couldn't ask for a more comfortable, convenient, beautiful place to enjoy our Maui vacation. The property is immaculately maintained with great attention to comfort. This year the whales very active. It was wonderful to be able to watch them while lounging on the lanai. As a former resident of Maui, I am very knowledgable about the island's vacation properties. I highly recommend this property to vacationers.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our Maui vacation. Everything was perfect. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is convenient to many attractions, several beaches and good restaurants. Relaxing on the lanai provided an amazing view of the ocean, whale watching and unforgettable sunsets. This is Maui vacationing at its best. I'll be back. Former Maui resident now living in Texas

Perfect location, perfect setting, perfect views....Everything about this cottage retreat is perfection! From the design of the cottage to the yard landscaping to the amenties in the kitchen-excellant quality and attention to detail. The only problem is that you don't ever want to leave (which is really isn't a problem.) Thank you so much.

I still call our experience here "my little slice of heaven". Beautiful in every way, perfect location with a mountenous backround that could double as a movie backdrop and heavenly ocean view. This was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life and I can't wait to return.

Magnificnet view is an understatement. The location was incredible with a lovely beach just down the hill. Trips to Lahaina were easy the the variety of restaurants were fabulous.
