Welcome to Magnolia Bay!
Our luxurious West Indies style townhome is located within Sandestin Resort, the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. Sandestin is 7 miles east of Destin, FL, midway between Panama City and Pensacola with easy access by car or air. The 2400 acre resort has seven miles of waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee Bay and is world famous for its sugar-white beaches and turquoise-blue water.
Our recently built townhome has three spacious bedrooms and overlooks one of Sandestin's many lakes and the seventh hole of the Baytowne Golf Course. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and features a large bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are appointed with a queen bed and two twins.
Our home has plenty of room, high ceilings with fans, granite counters, travertine floors, and mahagony french doors; all the luxuries one should expect in a high end home. We have chosen to decorate in a casually elegant style so you will feel you are in a comfortable home, not a hotel room.
Magnolia Bay is located adjacent to the resort's new Village of Baytowne Wharf. Modeled after a southern fishing village, Baytowne Wharf has shopping, restaurants, and nightlife within easy walking distance.
Our home is also within walking distance of our neighborhood pool, the tennis center with 15 hard, clay and grass courts, and the marina. The South's largest designer outlet mall, Silver Sands, is located just 5 minutes away so save some time for shopping!
You can choose to play golf on one of the Resort's 4 courses, enjoy water sports at the beach or marina, or just relax at the pools. Children can take part in the junior tennis, golf, and sailing programs as well as the KidZone and Kids' Night Out programs which provide parents with some time alone.
You will be able to enjoy all of these activites at Resort guest rates because we provide our guests with Resort amenities cards. These cards also enable you to use the Resort's complementary tram service, use pools that are only available to guests, rent bicycles, and obtain towels at the beach.
Sandestin is the premier resort on the Emerald Coast with fun and activities for all ages. We should know; our children range in age from 12 to 32! We look forward to hearing from you and having you as our guests at Magnolia Bay in 2009!
