We just wanted to say "Thank You" very much for everything. We had such a wonderful trip and enjoyed your beautiful condos very much. You were so generous in giving us the Panama City condo and we just can't thank you enough. PCB was beautiful and your condo was amazing, we just loved it and the city wasn't even that crazy w/ spring breakers. I'm sure any other time of the year is just perfect down there. We have always loved the Seagrove area and your condo just made our trip perfect. We loved how everything was decorated in both places and all of your artwork was so nice! It was the first time we have ever gotten to stay gulf front and I don't think we'll ever not stay gulf front again! It was wonderful to see and hear the ocean the whole time. I'm so happy to have found you on VRBO and appreciate everything you've done for us. I have told my family and friends and co-workers about your beautiful places and how great you treated us. I will recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for a nice place to stay and I hope very much that we can rent from you again in the future. Again, our sincere thanks for everything, we had a wonderful time that we'll always love and remember.

We recently stayed at this condo and had a great trip. Everything descibed above is accurate. The beachfront location is great with incredible views and very easy access to get to the beach. The proximity to Seaside is great for restaurants and shopping, When we return to 30A, this will be our first choice of places to stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We have stayed at the Palms at Seagrove several times but I have to say that this was the best ever in A9 it was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The decor is so beautiful for being at the beach and the ocean view is awesome. I will definately be coming back to A9 next year.

My husband and I just returned from a vacation at this WONDERFUL condo! The furnishings were so bright and cheerful! This only added to the fact that the condo was in a PERFECT location! We had a wonderful time....great condo with charming furnishings and comfortable (!!!) furniture in a fabulous location with an absolutely beautiful view of a gorgeous beach. We can't wait to stay here again (and again and again)!!!

We spent a week in September of 09 and already have a week in October of 2010 booked. We loved the condo, the location, the view, and everything we needed was there. Ate breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach every morning. This is our new favorite place. Owner is great to work with.

We had such a great stay at this condo! It was my husband's first time to this area and he loved it. Hope this is just the first of many more visits here. Owners were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We stayed at this condo from 5/11-5/18 and it was definitiley as advertised. I was a little hesitant to take off an entire week from my business activities that requires constant Internet access even though the wireless Internet connection was supposedly available. My paranoia was immediately eliminated when the wireless high speed connection came up on my first attempt and stayed connected with an excellent connection the entire week.........I didn't miss a beat the whole week!! I spent half my time on my laptop working from the balcony that has an absolute unbelievable view of the Gulf and would wholeheartedley recommend this condo to anyone. The condo was beautiful. We spent our honeymoon at Seagrove, and the week was wonderful. We are both in our 60s, but even old people need love. The interior of the condo was beautiful, and we were pleased and surprised at how tastefully it was done. We hope to come back again soon.

We just stayed at your condo for spring break and had an amazing time! The condo is decorated so cute that it really adds to the "beach" experience. My best friend and her family were staying in another condo on our same floor, and they kept coming over to "our" condo because it was so nice!! Thanks, and we look forward to our next visit!!

We enjoyed staying in the condo so much!! The price was amazing for such a spectacular view of the ocean! We went to Seagrove to get some planning done for our November 08 wedding. It was so nice to go back to the condo at night and relax on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves. It felt like we were sitting on the beach from our balcony! The condo is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. I am looking forward to returning to this condo!

Our stay in condo A9 at the Palms was delightful. The condo is bright and cheery and the view of the beach/gulf from the balcony is beautiful and never becomes commonplace. The layout of the condo and the furnishings makes entertainment very easy and fun. The wireless internet makes communicating with family and friends and keeping up with the day's news a snap. All of these reasons are why we will be back next year!

We were very pleased with our accommodations at the Palms of Seagrove Unit 9A. It was so comfortable and convenient. The view was awesome and the condo was clean and provided everything thing we needed for a wonderful stay. I could live there!

The condo is so pretty and so comfortable. The beach was beautiful. This was the best! beach vacation we have taken in 22 yrs! We are already planning our return next summer. We rode bicycles, swam in the ocean and ate some of the best seafood we have ever eaten! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy our vacation in your wonderful condo!

I really enjoyed the stay at the condo. It was very spacious for a one bedroom. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again. The entire rental process was very easy. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

This is a lovely condo in an outstanding location. The ocean view is gorgeous from the balcony, living room, dining area, and kitchen. The colorful decor adds greatly to the fun of the whole experience. I would definitely go back!
