Come stay in our luxurious 3RD FLOOR, WRAP-AROUND CORNER OCEANFRONT condo, and you'll never want to leave! It's very spacious, with 1300 sq. feet inside, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and is fully furnished and AIR CONDITIONED. The condo is located right on world-famous Kahana Beach, a 5-minute drive from either Kaanapali Beach or Kapalua Bay and just south of Napili.

The condo boasts a fabulous 40 foot WRAP-AROUND LANAI which is accessible from the living room/dining area and master bedroom, with a fantastic view of the islands of Molokai & Lanai, plus a view of the pool/pavilion area. This location is ideal for watching whales, or observing the beach and pool activity. Our condo has previously been a featured unit in Outrigger Royal Kahana brochures, and last year we remodeled the master bath shower area with new large tiles, including a seat inside the shower!

The Royal Kahana Resort is located on the beautiful West Coast of Maui in Kahana and is surrounded by Maui's spectacular natural beauty. A complete lobby remodel was completed early this year. Lounge on the uncrowded, beautiful sandy beach, barbecue poolside, or whale watch from the private lanais. Our unit is an excellent choice for families or couples wanting a comfortable unit with great views and amenities, and most important-value!

Just steps away awaits an ocean of recreation. With our prime beachfront location, the Royal Kahana offers swimming and snorkeling in the sparkling Pacific waters that splash its shoreline, just a quick ride down the elevator & out the lobby door. You can swim in the pool or sun yourself on the deck, spacious lawn fronting the beach, or the beautiful beach.

There are two lighted tennis courts, a health club with sauna, ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a poolside pavilion for your enjoyment. There is even a free weekly mai tai party in the pavilion area, with juice for the young ones. Complimentary coffee is also provided each morning in the lobby area. Parking with permit is free, with both an underground area & ground level facilities.

    Hi Kathy, Your condo was wonderful! We would definitely recommend it to others or stay there again. Well and comfortably furnished and kitchen had all that you would need. Blender and coffee maker, are first items on our list of needs. As for the door key pad, LOVED IT!! The last condo we stayed in had it too and makes things much more convenient. Mahalo & Aloha, Karen

  • Oh, we've found paradise! What a wonderful place to feel right at home. What a beautiful view. We had such a wonderful time. Everything we needed (and more) was right in the condo. Being in a corner unit was awesome with so many windows and an extra large lanai. And having the wireless internet was great. We even Skyped our grandkids back in Oregon! This is the feedback we sent to the owners: Hello Kathy & Ron We had the best time in your condo, it really felt like home, clean, comfortable and lots of room . We would love to comeback ourselves and we would surely pass the ward about this great place to our friends. I greatly appriciate the efficiency you handled the AC problem, no wonder the place is in such good shape. We enjoyed the different extras you had for us in the condo such as the surfboards, beachchairs and the Hanna Road CD but most of all we loved being right there by the sea all the time and especially sitting looking at the beautifull sunsets.   • Stayed at Royal Kahana #311 June 11th-20th, 2009. This unit is wonderful. The location can't be beat. Direct ocean front and poolside too. Georgeous sunsets! Fall asleep to the sound of waves washing up on the shore. In my opinion, West Maui is the best and Kahana is a great neighborhood. I highly recommend unit #311 for your stay. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again Ron & Kathy!

  • The condo was great for our family of five. The views were as spectacular as advertised. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was wonderful. Spacious and well equipped. Our kids enjoyed the pool, shuffle board and spotting whales from the lanai in particular. Kahana is a nice laid-back alternative to the hustle and bustle of Lahaina and Kaanapali. Easy to drive to those places, but nice to return to the pace of Kahana. We would definitely recommend this condo to families with kids.

  • We found the condo to be very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. The best feature is the huge wrap-around lanai with the incredible views of the nearby islands. We enjoyed spotting and watching the whales each day. Pool area was nice. Kathy was very helpful taking care of the details for our stay.
