This newly remodeled beach front 1 bed room condominium has everything you need to enjoy a beach living. Amenities include queen size bed with flat screen cable TV in a private bed room. Flat screen cable TV and sleeping sofa in living room, bunk beds for children. Kitchen, cooking utensils, micro wave oven, toaster, dish washer, coffee maker, balcony, covered parking, shared hot tub, pools, on-site restaurant, and tennis court.
Free high speed internet hookup is in living room. Victorian provides night security guard at the entrance iron gate for additional security measure.
You can wake up to a beautiful sunrise and relax to a beautiful sunset. You can also walk across the street to the beach, fishing, or enjoy many fine dining establishments. Other nearby amenities include theater, Moody Garden, Strand Historical District and water park.

For the money this is a good value. It is no frills. So if you are wanting that, this isn't the place. The view from the balcony was nice, you could see the ocean. However, it is one of the west outside condos, so there is also a view of Wal-Mart's parking lot. The one drawback, was there was not an oven, only a microwave and small 2 burner cooktop. We were planning on cooking breakfast each morning (using the oven for biscuits), since there wasn't an oven, had to settle for toast. Staff was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay! Would stay again!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I rented the condo August 12- 15, and it was great. We had and amanazing time it is close to everything and the beach is right across the street. The condo was clean and and the view was great. I will definitely rent this place again. The swimming pools and hot tab also were very nice.

The condo was exactly what was promised....a clean, comfortable place at a reasonable price. The owner provides you with all of the information you need before your arrival from directions to the property to detailed steps to receive your parking pass and keys. The management makes sure the Victorian is a safe environment by closing all the security gates at night except one that is manned by a guard....this is the reason you need a parking pass. The condo itself has a wonderful gulf view from the balcony and can be enjoyed inside as well from the living room and kitchen because of the wall of solid glass with a sliding door. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need from your morning coffee to preparing a dinner of fresh gulf shrimp bought at fisherman's wharf! If you do need anything, Wal-Mart is just across the street. The hotel staff provides you with clean towels everyday and are very eager to please. On the day of my departure, one of the employees brought a cart to my room so that I could take all my belongings out in one trip. My family and I will definitely stay at this condo again and appreciate the discount the owner offers to returning guests. One of the main things that attracted me to this listing was that it is a flat rate price.....you don't receive a quote and then find out at the end that there are numerous charges and service fees added. I just returned home from my week's stay at the condo and already I am looking forward to my next visit.
