Why the Owner Chose Plantation Club Villas
Key to our decision to buy in this loation was beause of the proximity to our favorite activities...walking our dogs on the beach for sunrise; biking to harbor town for lunch, shopping or taking in the sunset, being close to 3 beautiful golf courses and having great adventures to share with our grandchildren. Sea Pines and this location takes the hassle out of vacationuing like that and has such a serene quality to it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have some great frineds who love to visit with us at our villa. We love to take them to see the porposes swiming by shore, to the nearby nature preserve, for great golf, sunset boat rides, great nearby restaurants and morning bikerides on the beach without any of the hassles of doing these adventures.
The villa then becomes a very omfortable retreat at the end of the day to sit on the lanai to watch the shadows form on the golf course, sky turn colors and enjoy valued relationships over a bottle of wine
Owner's Map of Plantation Club Villas
Susan & Michael live in Dallas Texas. We fell in love with Hilton Head and Sea Pines the first time we visited friends who lived there. Shortly thereafter we purchased this villa to be our favorite vacation spot for us and to share with family and friends. Until we are able to relocate to HHI and use it as our starting off point we have decided to make it available to discerning renters. Everyone who stays loves its updated amenities and great location for golf, tennis, beach and Harbor Town..that are literally only minutes away by foot, bike or car (if you really have to use a car. Hope its available when you want!
