"La Fleur des Pitons" is a 4200 sq. ft. plantation style villa and La Petite Fleur is separate private 740 sq. ft. studio villa, both in a "World Heritage" site, on a ridge 1000 feet above the Caribbean, between the world famous Pitons and next door to Ladera Resort. Each villa, completed in January 2007, enjoys every possible amenity. The main villa has a "Bose" stereo system. The 30x30 ft. Great Room (main villa) opens on the infinity pool on one side, and a 30 ft. stone wall fountain on another.
A large, fully equipped kitchen has a 12 ft. tiled bar with stools. The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each have a wetbar with refrigerator, a walk-in closet with safe, desk and a four-poster king-size bed, plus a large balcony with a spectacular view of the Pitons.
"La Petite Fleur" studio villa includes an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in closet that has a safe, a spectacular outdoor garden shower, queen-size four-poster bed, kitchen, a 10 foot by 12 foot plunge pool, and a veranda for dining, sunning, and enjoying the view of the Pitons.
NOTE: For your service, a caretaker couple live on the property in their own cottage.
