The "A" frame, three bedroom, two full baths, single family house is located in the wonderful community of Bethany West. Great location, walking to Wawa, Italian restaurant, Chinese take out, shopping. Bike or walk to Beach. It's on trolley line run by town of Bethany Beach. All together the community has two swimming pools, a community center and eight tennis courts. The house is less than one mile to the sand. No pets allowed, no smoking allowed. Owner occasionally has pets in the house.
The recreation fee for using the community amenities for 2007 is $20/person/week or $6/person/day or $160/person/season.
Bedroom 1: full; bedroom 2: full; bedroom 3: queen; Family room: queen full out sofa; loft: full pull out futon.
