Sea Colony oceanfront unit, with Awesome Ocean Views located on the 14th floor of the celebrated Edgewater building with full indoor and outdoor conveniences.
Large, light-filled rooms are perfect for gatherings, a good book or FREE NETFLIX movie/TV, and board or Sony Play Station games (console supplied). There are fabulous ocean views from the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and master bedroom.
Watch the sun rise and the playful dolphins swimming. See ocean liners off shore, beach goers playing in the sand, children and adults in the pools as well as walkers on the promenade.
Located in the Edgewater building where units are much more spacious and the balconies are about much larger than those in other buildings at Sea Colony East.

I was overall very satisfied with the rental process and the unit as well. The condo was clean, nice, as pictured (actually, better than pictured I think). I brought a large beach umbrella, but one day I used the small yellow and white one you had in the closet, which was great. Thank you. We would love to rent from you again.

We had a great time and the condo was excellent. We never even ventured down to OC. Seems everybody wanted to come back after dinner to play board games. Your restaurant suggestions were very good. Bethany Blues was a favorite. We also enjoyed the Dog Fish Head brew pub meals. My prize was a fly rod from the Orvis outlet.

July 24 - July 31, 2010 The weather was wonderful, a bit windy and rough in the water, but better than rain. We biked everywhere; Bethany and around Sea Colony, down to the end of the beach. We saw dolphins, park, ducks, swans, ice cream, live music We sat at a corner table at Mango's with a pretty view. Hosted a wonderful dinner with friends. Loved the view all week. Beautiful condo. very comfortable.

July 10 - July 17, 2010 The weather was great all week! We did the boardwalk, Jungle Jim's, mini golf, jet skiing, shopping, Bonfire (wonderful) and lots of eating.

July 25, 2009-August 1, 2009 Enjoyed our daughter and two grandchildren as the little ones darted through the fountains in front of Armands. Took in the boardwalk of Rehoboth and of course the rides Really enjoyed the pool and snack bar at the Fitness Center. It's great for the children. Rediscovered the joy of playing in the sand and surf swirling around your toes. Marshmallow roast on the beach was a treat - hadn't made s'mores in years. Steel Drum Band was a special surprise and added a festive touch to the evening. Well managed! We loved our first visit to Bethany Beach....very attuned to families! The condo served our needs perfectly..The decor was lovely and the view spectacular. We are already looking forward to next summer.

Aug 2-9, 2008 The weather was just beautiful every day. We enjoyed every day at the beach and pool. played lots of euchre. Attended a fun show at Rehoboth Beach. The theatre of the arts - Broadway Fever. Lots of laughs. Always a fun time with the mini-golf. Kids and the men enjoyed the jet ski. all enjoyed bicycle riding. Enjoyed Dumsers ice cream, Fishers popcorn and every night a different restaurant. Love the crab house. Yes a good time was had by all. Beautiful condo. Loved the view.

July 2 – 5, 2008Spent great family time on the beach4th of July fireworks were great!The kids had a great time with everything within walking distance. Had dinners with friends here and an all around fantastic week.Beautiful decorated condo!We look forward to being guests again.
