Direct views of surf from up stairs master and one of the downstairs bedrooms. Full laundry facilities. Monitored alarm system. Ceiling fans throughout. Tropical flower gardens and a trickling stream winding besides the property. Beautiful grassy large front yard right on the sand to watch the surfing!
