  • We visited Jacksonville for a week, the last part of May and first of June for our daughter's wedding. We shared the condo with our son and daughter-in-law and some close friends and their small dog. We loved everything stated about the condo, by others in the guestbook comments, and the owner was so accomodating! Our last morning there we were fortunate enough to see dolphins swimming in the waterway off of our balcony! If we every have the opportunity we will definitely stay again! Mike and Sue

  • I stayed at this condo for six weeks for business. The place is gorgeous but comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous with stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is huge and the master bath is phenomenal! The other two bedrooms are the perfect size with beautiful furnishings. The location is perfect! It is only minutes from the beach, skateparks, downtown, with restaurants and shopping everywhere. The community is gated with a pool and a workout room. Plus the view of the waterway and the marina is beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo. It is very nice, more private and a much better rate than the hotels.

  • My children and I stayed at this condo during the month of July, 2007 while on vacation. We had a wonderful time! This condo is great! Here are some of our favorite features: 1. The kitchen is awesome! Stainless-steel everything, beautiful countertops, very nice dishes and cooking supplies. 2. If you don't want to cook, you're close to LOTS of restaurants, either over the bridge at the beach, or just down the road on Atlantic Blvd. 3. The living & dining room is very family-friendly. My children are very young (under 7) and if they didn't destroy anything, no one can! 3. The master bedroom and living room have a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and bridge, and there is access to the lanai from both. 4. The screened-in lanai is very safe. The condo is on the 2nd floor but I didn't worry at all about my kids being out there. 5. The master bathroom is spa-like. My kids called the huge garden tub their "indoor pool." 6. I felt very safe in the gated condo community. 7. The owners are very accomodating and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. It's much better than staying at a hotel, and at a better price! You won't regret staying here.
