Amazing ocean front beach get away. First floor unit has extra large deck leading from both the Master Bedroom and Living Room. This unit is newly decorated in beautiful soothing beach colors. The deck has a porch swing, rockers and dining table to enjoy the view, dine, or play games. For when you wish to stay in and unwind, the unit has three TV's, two DVD's and two VCR's while still enjoying the view through the large sliding glass doors. You will find everything you need in the sunny kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, and cookware.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, full private bath and sliding glass doors to the deck. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean. It is newly decorated in soothing ocean blue elegant bedding.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and also a bunk bed with futon sofa bed on bottom and twin on top. It is decorated in a nautical/lighthouse theme. This bedroom has sliding glass doors with a deck overlooking the full size private pool. There is another full bath in the hallway.
There are many wonderful restaurants nearby from elegant to family style. You are in walking distance to the Ocean Grill Restaurant and Tiki Bar with outdoor bar service over the water.
Visit the Carolina Beach marina and take a sightseeing cruise or charter fishing. There are many water sports to enjoy, rent or bring your own for snorkeling, surfing, and boating adventures.
When you venture out there are many options for you to choose from. A favorite outing is to visit the battleship North Carolina with daily tours right across the river. Historic Wilmington on the Cape Fear River is a short 17 miles away. Wilmington boasts waterfront restaurants, antique shops, horse drawn carriage rides and more. Visit the nearby new North Carolina Aquarium or take a short ferry ride to Southport and enjoy shopping, sight seeing and wonderful local seafood dining on the water.

We loved staying here! We always have the best time here! This is definately our favorite beach house by far. The drapery in the living room is georgeous, the wall colors are so pretty and the swing on the porch is an excellent place to sit and relax. We will most definately be coming back for a longer stay in the future!

We enjoyed staying here - the rooms are colorful and cozy. Swinging on the balcony - watching & listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The weather was great - we got to go on the beach every day - our granddaughter had a really wonderful time!

Lovely Condo - we really enjoyed having the pool so close. Went to the Battleship of NC - fascinating but very hot & not for anyone claustrophobic. We enjoyed the aquarium - not as big as others but we thought it was nice. Enjoyed time with extended family - the beach provided a lovely backdrop for family photos. We had great weather, LOVED the big balcony & made good use of the swing and the nice big table! Lots of reading, naps & checkers. Visited the Aquarium and wouldn't really recommend it, not very much to see and we hit a day with school field trips! Took the Henrietta III sight seeing cruise and really enjoyed that, also just walking around downtown Wilmington. The Underground has great sandwiches. We were very comfortable and would come again.
