Amazing ocean front beach get away. First floor unit has extra large deck leading from both the Master Bedroom and Living Room. This unit is newly decorated in beautiful soothing beach colors. The deck has a porch swing, rockers and dining table to enjoy the view, dine, or play games. For when you wish to stay in and unwind, the unit has three TV's and two DVD's while still enjoying the view through the large sliding glass doors. You will find everything you need in the sunny kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, and cookware.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, full private bath and sliding glass doors to the deck. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean. It is newly decorated in soothing ocean blue elegant bedding.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and also a bunk bed with futon sofa bed on bottom and twin on top. It is decorated in a nautical/lighthouse theme. This bedroom has sliding glass doors with a deck overlooking the full size private pool. There is another full bath in the hallway.
There are many wonderful restaurants nearby from elegant to family style. You are in walking distance to the Ocean Grill Restaurant and Tiki Bar with outdoor bar service over the water.
Visit the Carolina Beach marina and take a sightseeing cruise or charter fishing. There are many water sports to enjoy, rent or bring your own for snorkeling, surfing, and boating adventures.
When you venture out there are many options for you to choose from. A favorite outing is to visit the battleship North Carolina with daily tours right across the river. Historic Wilmington on the Cape Fear River is a short 17 miles away. Wilmington boasts waterfront restaurants, antique shops, horse drawn carriage rides and more. Visit the nearby new North Carolina Aquarium or take a short ferry ride to Southport and enjoy shopping, sight seeing and wonderful local seafood dining on the water.

Our trip was was AWESOME!!! Great clean condo, beautiful weather, within walking distance to anything you could possibly need/want. Kitchen cookware etc. Clean, easy to find anything. We all appreciated how the 2nd room has it's own bathroom & balcony! Worked great! Love the easy access to the beach & watching the surfers from the deck is nice also! This was a 2nd trip & we will go again! Thanks so much!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Our family stayed at this condo the last week of May and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony is the best part. Waking up and sitting out and listening to the waves and watching the sunrise is so relaxing. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a laid back relaxing vacation! Thanks so much!

Just wanted to let you know we had a great weekend at your condo! The weather was perfect, and the girls ( 3 and 5 yrs old) had a blast every day at the beach and of course loved the bunk bed. The surf was COLD! (which we expected), but that didn't keep them from playing in it off and on all day! We loved the deck and swing, and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time here! The house is beautiful, and the beach is great. We saw dolphins in the ocean twice. The fireworks on the beach were really awesome too. Everything was amazing. Loved the beautiful view! Great food and truly charming atmosphere!
