The double doors of the Queen Size Master Bedroom open to the living room & dining room areas to create loft like space. Featuring 600 Thread Count Bed Linens, Non Allergenic Duvet & Fleece blankets on a pillowtop mattress. Ceiling fan & ambiance options with dimmable lights. A 32” LCD TV, DVD Player & Audio System. A collection of critically acclaimed DVD’s is at hand for movie fans. Primp while seated at the full length vanity workstation equipped with blow dryer, convenience outlets & dimmable work lights.
The Sunrise bedroom features two double beds, one at ground level and one in the 80 square foot sleeping loft. A vanity station with sink makes group getaways no problem. Also computer workstation, 32" LCD TV, DVD Player & Audio System complete this bedroom's amenities
The Living Room & Dining Room space are designed to indulge the senses. Taste: Pour a glass of wine or fix a cocktail at the service bar area equipped with a 50 bottle wine cooler, fulcrum corkscrew, & a variety of glassware, decanters & ice buckets for all occasions. Touch: Relax on the Italian leather sofa. Sight: Watch TV or a movie on the 47” LCD TV, Sports fans will enjoy the NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL Center Ice & Gol TV programming. Hear: Listen to the latest La Palmeraie Quarterly or select an album from one of the 2000+ stored in the iTunes session or from the iPod dock, and assign it to the audio network and enjoy it in every room. The Dining Area has seating for 6, with expansion capabilities to 10 hosting a dinner party is easy.

We believe the small details & personal service make the difference. We as the owner/managers of La Palmeraie have 15 years of extensive worldwide business travel experience to call upon to understand the needs & wants of our clientele. For our own personal travel needs we only use vacation rentals & boutique hotels, giving us positive & negative experiences from the traveler’s perspective. The considerations to and the indulgences for our guests are a reflection of cumulative experience as clients.
Pets are important members of any family; we welcome the dogs & cats in your party with dangerous breed exceptions.
We live in the neighborhood, and thus can provide valuable insight on our area, while also being available to attend to guest’s needs at short notice.
Guest comfort & safety are our paramount concerns. We use only 600 thread count bed linens & Egyptian cotton bath linens. Our linens never come in contact with chlorine bleach in deference to sensitive skin & environmental concerns. Our linens are soaked in a Woolite solution for 24 hours & then laundered.
Unlike many hotels & vacation rental properties our cleaning service never “tops up” the linen count in a suite. Every single thread of bed & bath linens, including duvet covers are removed to be laundered & replaced with an all new stock of sanitized linens.

La Palmeraie is a classic Florida beach house originally constructed in 1933, as the family abode for the then mayor Gonzalez. In 2004 La Palmeraie was extensively renovated, commencing an entirely new chapter in this historic home’s story.
The house is divided into 3 apartments, each with their own discrete separate entrance to ensure each guest’s privacy. The ground floor of the house is comprised of the Master Suite, & the Garden Suite. The entire second floor is occupied by the Executive Suite.
During the extensive renovation process, entirely new kitchens & bathrooms were installed in each unit. All infrastructure systems were replaced with the highest efficiency equipment available. When possible, the period original treatments in each suite have been refurbished to preserve the character of the space while adding high standards of modern design, features & conveniences.
