There are 2 inflatable twin air mattresses w/linens. 1 twin mattress with linens. The sectional couch in the great room opens to a queen pull out sleeper sofa and there are two over-sized chairs in the great room that open to twin pull out sleeper sofas with linens.

Come and relax - Enjoy open and spacious luxurious rooms with Gulf-Front views. Penthouse-style condominium big enough to share with friends and family or intimate for the discriminating family.
The front entry doors open upon a full view of Panama City and Grand Lagoon... enter the condo and tread softly upon over-sized ceramic tile - a tropical foyer greets your arrival. To the left or right of the foyer are two large bedrooms with full baths. One bedroom decorated with a large queen poster bed, the other bedroom fitted with two large full beds for plentiful sleeping and abundant enjoyment.
We also have a twin mattress and a full size air mattresses , plus sectional sofa in living room pulls out to queen sofa sleeper...available (with linens provided) for additional sleeping.
Drift southerly into the full dining room and kitchen area. Large kitchen area with new state-of-the-art white appliances; microwave and convection ovens, conventional oven, side by side refrigerator with external ice and water, glass stop stove, double bowl sink and pantry.
A walk-in laundry room located conveniently next to the kitchen with large capacity washer and dryer, utility sink and ironing board. Kitchen area transitions into kitchen/breakfast bar with four high-rise stools for cookin'-good company!
This area borders the extremely over-sized TV/social gathering quarters that include a VCR/DVD player... with remote controls and enhanced into two large living couch areas; beautifully decorated in Palm and Mediterranean decor. Master bedroom suite is located adjacent to living area with Gulf-front viewing.
Over-sized bedroom area with king-size poster bed; a walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, two headed master glassed in shower stall, large Jacuzzi garden tub with jets, and private lavatory.
Do not overlook the mirrored walls in the living room to expand your view of Gulf of Mexico; the designer new carpet throughout; digital thermostat heat and air conditioning cooling... two hot water heaters! AND wall to wall interior and exterior sound system and intercom connection.
Step outside to the 440 linear square foot balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom and enjoy a private two person hot tub with dolphin watch.

In the event of a hurricane or hurricane threat (valid during June 1- November 30) to our area and an
evactuation (mandatory) is issued by state or local authorities ...all or part- difference between time used and time remaining, of the rent, minus cleaning fee (if part of rent used ) is refunded
Regular Cancellation Policy:
12 weeks + notice: all deposit returned
10-11 weeks 6 days: 75% returned 25% kept
8-9 weeks 6 days: 50% returned 50 % kept
5-7 weeks 6 days notice: 25% returned 75% kept
Less than 4 weeks+6days 100% deposit kept
All cancellations will have a $50.00 processing fee
