#216 is the finest rentable unit in Edgewater! This spectacular 3 bedroom is a beachside jewel. A wraparound terrace surrounds this stunning designer unit which sits at the very end of the building, closest to the beach. This is a most sought after rental unit because of its unique location and upscale decor. If you want to live like a king, this is your unit.

#216 has an extra privacy gate separating it from the rest of the floor; but it’s the spectacular panoramic view which defines this unit from everything else available in Edgewater, as well as all the other condominiums in the area. The miles of white sandy beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico are visible from almost every corner.
