Our privately owned top floor condominium has been newly remodeled and professionally decorated. Everything in the unit is brand new! The condominium has been accessorized with Tommy Bahama furnishings - there's nothing like the rejuvenating spirit of the tropics throughout the condominium to take you away from it all. Our unit is the only unit with Air Conditioning in the bedroom. When you decide to spend a relaxing afternoon on the beach, please enjoy the beach chairs and boogie board that we have provided.
Kihei Akahi Resort Condominium is located in the southern part of Kihei on the sunny side of the island. The complex is across the street from Kamaole Park Beach II. The grounds boast 2 swimming pools, pool-side barbecues and tennis court. The landscaping is perfectly manicured in a tropical setting. Within a half block radius - definitely walking distance, you will find beautiful beaches, great shopping and wonderful restaurants - including Fred’s Mexican Café (Mexican), Moose McGillycuddys (Pub Fare) and Café O’Lei (Asian Fusion).
Sorry, no cigar or cigarette smokers & no pets. Save the cigars for the golf course, that's what I do so that the wife doesn't get mad at me, or you for that matter. We are quite serious about this being a NON-SMOKER (not just non-smoking) unit.
We require a $200.00 security deposit to be used at our disretion if there is any damage.

Men: Wailea and McKenna are premier golf courses and are just five minutes away. Moose McGillycuddys is a great pub, huge screen for all the games, and a pool table (There is a 2 piece pool cue available at the condominium). Taco Tuesday is a fairly wild evening in general and lots of fun. The boat ramp is a half-mile away. |
