This new home is professionally decorated and located in a community of Twin Villas, located approximately 2 miles from the beach on Route 26. Our villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 beautiful baths. In addition, a loft with two futons which convert to double beds sleeps an additional4 for a comfortable sleeping total of 10. The master suite is on the main level and includes a private bath. A large great room overlooks a scenic pond in the back yard. Directly across the street is a new community pool. Enjoy the convenience of shopping and restaurants within walking distance in a quiet, family-oriented community.
We will rent partial weeks from September through May!
