Nestled in a quiet Mesa, Arizona community, these beautiful furnished Townhomes at Northpointe is fully furnished and comfortable. Complete with the following amenities: Internet access and cable tv, three Swimming Pools, two heated Hot Tubs, racket-ball courts, and community barbeque grills in the park area.
Fully furnished, this comfortable single-story 2-bedroom, 2 Baths Townhome has a very comfortable King size bed in the Master bedroom, and a very comfortable Queen Size Bed in the 2nd Master bedroom. The Living room has a couch which is not a sofa sleeper, but is long enough for one stay-over guest to sleep on (smile). There is also a air mattress if needed for an extra guest. Laundry area includes full size washer/dryer, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and cleaning supplies. New linen's, towels, dishes, pots & pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils are available for your use along with spices for your cooking pleasure. Basic Expanded Cable-TV and DVD Player for movies. We have a microwave available for popcorn and warming those favorite dishes as well as flat-top electric range, and dishwasher.
If there are any special baking or cooking items or other miscellaneous things you would like to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know. If we can provide it, we will be happy to do so to make your stay a memorable and relaxing time.
You will see the front patio opens up to a lovely green courtyard with mature trees. The location of this beautiful townhome is prime. It is a block from the Broadway Palms Dinner Theatre, close to shopping, and to major freeway access. It is in view of Red Mountain to the north, and the Superstition Mountains to the east. It is only about 25 minutes to the airport, should out-of-town guests decide to join you on your sunny vacation!

- Covered Parking: Covered Parking is provided with flourescent Lighting. Motion Lights turn on as you walk on the sidewalk to this beautiful townhome casita. There is also an uncovered parking area available for taller vehicles.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: BBQ Grill, uses Propane Gas Refillable Cannister. Guests may feel free to have them filled or exchanged at a nearby store, or we can have it filled ahead of time for a small fee.
- Deck/Patio: The front patio is concrete, and partially covered with a roof. The extended area of this patio has a lattice type of roof, which shades some of the sun, yet lets some of the sun through. There is a table with two chairs, and additional patio chairs and lounging chairs in a small storage area.

- Telephone: COMPLIMENTARY - Our guests have FREE local phone service. Guests staying more than one month, would pay this fee each month.
- Free Long Distance: COMPLIMENTARY - Up to $30 per month our guests may utilize FREE long distance service to the US and CANADA. If it exceeds this amount, the overage will be deducted from security/damage/utility deposit.
- Computer: If you do not have a laptop to bring, ask us if we can find a computer which may be rented during your stay. We will get a price quote for you depending upon your needs.

Why the Owner Chose Mesa
This beautiful East Mesa AZ Townhome was our home for over a year while we remodeled and made it our little haven. It was smaller than our former townhome, so it had to be absolutely adorable! It was fun to work with talented people to remodel and create a relaxing, inviting place to call home. Later, when we bought a home in another Arizona town, we decided to share this treasure with friends, travelers and guests from all over the USA, Canada and the World. Meeting people from all over has been fabulous.
This home away from home is a refreshing get away from the cold winter weather and a nice retreat for students of Arizona State University or Mesa Community College Gilbert Community College. Besides ASU, MCC, or GCC Students, Corporate Executives and Families enjoy this townhouse for comfort, luxury and convenience of location near freeways and transportation services. We have housed families and guests from around the world including the US and Canada for business and pleasure. Even though we do not have concierge services we will accommodate special needs and special requests. The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Offering more solitude and privacy than a hotel, our small casita is tucked inside of a nice, quiet neighborhood with mature trees and grass. Some people call this a furnished Condo, but it is actually a furnished Townhome on the ground floor on one level with a front patio looking onto a beautiful grassy area with mature trees and walking paths. With vaulted ceiling in the great room, we raised the ceiling in the kitchen, added new bathroom cabinetry, marble bathroom sinks, deep multi-mirrored medicine cabinets and a wall of cabinets in the bedroom. We painted and added beautiful family-created artwork on the walls. It is conveniently located near fine restaurants, theatre, movies, shopping and close to the MCC East Campus, near Alta Mesa in Northeast Mesa. Students are welcome as they go through summer school programs at Mesa Community College, Gilbert Community College and Arizona State University. It is also perfect as a Corporate Rental, Vacation Rental or just a time to get away from your hectic life and to take a break. Put your feet up, watch the Cable TV, surf the Web on your laptop with high speed internet and Wi-Fi wireless internet. It is near Banner Baywood Medical Center, Banner Gateway Hospital and the Banner Heart Hospital, for times when you need to be close for medical care.
