This home will Sleep up to 12 Guests! This is a wonderful home! It is located on the Panama City Beach Area. The Crystal White Sands of the Gulf of Mexico are less than 5 minutes away! St. Andrews State Recreation Area is also just a couple of miles from this home!
If you are looking for a home with your own private swimming pool, this is it! There is a Large 24' Round swimming pool with a 20' X 16' Sundeck located in the completely fenced back yard!
The back deck has a Large Outdoor Dining Table, Lounge Chairs & Two Barbeques! There are both Electric & Charcoal BBQ's!
One of the unique features of this home is its Large Cathedral Ceiling throughout the Living Room and in the Bedrooms. We have just finished installing 16' Ceramic Tile throughout the home! There are two bathrooms. The Master Bathroom has a jacuzzi bath tub! The home features a large two car garage with automatic opener. The garage is a drive thru garage. A double wide door is on the front side. A single car garage door is on the back side. There is a concrete pad located behind the garage. You can park you boat or waverunners on the concrete pad in the fenced back yard. The garage is currently set up as a Private Game Room with a Regulation Size Pool Table & Air Hockey Table!
There is a public beach access located just a short distance away. The beach features crystal white sand! Very nice!

Eight of my family spent a long weekend early November 2009. There are two bedrooms with full size beds and one bedroom with 4 kid size bunk beds. The living room has two couches that fold out into double beds. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived with our code pre-programmed into the door lock. The heating and A/C worked great (we used both) but the one smaller bedroom that was added on to the house doesn't have its own heat source - or any vents from the central heating system - so the door needed to be left open and a couple of blankets used. It does have its own window A/C unit however. With 8 of us we never ran out of hot water. It has an interesting A/C system that uses water to cool the heat exchanger, then automatically sends that water to the lawn sprinkler system so when the A/C is on the lawn is being watered. The kitchen has everything you need including lots of plates and kitchenware. There is a dining room table that seats 8 and a nice little kitchen table that sits 3 or 4. We only cooked one big meal while there and found that the counter space was a bit on the small side particularly if there is more than one chef in the kitchen, but we managed nicely. The location is good for foing about anywhere on the island - literally not more than 5 minutes away from anywhere. Its also only about 10 or 15 minutes away from the airport. The neighborhood is in tidy condition and the neighbors were out and about and keeping an eye on things. Its not a fancy upscale neighborhood but the little homes are very well kept and it felt safe. The only drawback is that there is a lot of traffic from the neighborhood funneling past the house, particularly on weekends, so if you are sensitive to traffic noise it could be a problem - especially in the add-on bedroom which didn't seem to have much sound insulation. There is an above ground pool out back that we did not use due to the low temps during our visit but it did look very clean. The landscaping in the back leaves something to be desired but, hey, if you want to sit around and relax, head on over to the beach! The people we delt with to rent this house were very courteous, accomodating and straightforward. Definitely a cut above and that was very much appreciated. All in all, the house is a really good deal if there are several people in your party. Not the fanciest place in the world but when we come back we're not even looking around anymore.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Me and 11 friends rented this house for the week and had the time of our lives. Everything was exactly as described, and then some. The house itself was very well up kept. The customer service was amazing... the owners were some of the friendliest people I have met, and they are extremely understanding. This property I would highly recommend to a family or group of kids looking to have a good time. everything is only a short drive away, with a gas station within walking distance. we loved the pool, definitely the attraction of the week. i give this property two thumps up with 5 stars, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the house.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

was a little dirty - steps on the pool were gross - had to be scrubved before using - pool nice - pool table we didn't use - kinda dark in the garage - dogs had a great time - needs better towelsRecommended for: Pet owners.
Owner response: NEW for 2013! NEW POOL SERVICE. We now provide a TWICE A WEEK Pool Cleaning Service! ~~~Weekly pool service is provided by a H30 POOL SERVICE. I think the pool steps that were referred to were the steps outside of the pool, leading to the pool. I spoke to H30 POOL SERVICE to make sure these are cleaned in the future. The towels have been upgraded as of Sept 1, 2008. We have occasional deep cleanings done throughout the year. If I am notified of anything that is not up to expectations, I will do everything I can to make it right for any guests. This is one of our most popular homes, we have many returning guests.

This house was a perfect get-a-way for our spring break. We arrived to a clean, well-decorated house that had amenities that other were lacking such as a Jacuzzi tub and private backyard pool. The beach was a short drive away as were numerous shops & restaurants. After a day at the beach, our group loved cooking out on the grill and played pool and air hockey in the evening! The owners were very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We would recommend this property to others!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
